You havent experienced incompetence until youve been to the Faulkner County Health Department. Dont forget to bring your happy, happy face and 3 or 4 books because you will be waiting forever and they might cut you if you look at them wrong.

The level of unbearable waiting is insane. You arrive 30-minutes early, just to wait an hour for your appointment. No one else is here, but by God, waiting is the name of game.
