The doctor was too preoccupied to want to know what the issues were and instead of putting in multiple consults for my various issues, he wanted me to make multiple appointments to him knowing it was a 50min commute each way, this did not matter. It was a waiste of time and of my money in the future.. Is the VA going to pay for the upcoming operations with the civilian doctors because that doctor was too lazy to do a consult?? I will never return to that clinic as long as that doctor is there. He is odviously not there for patient care. However, as always, everyone else in the building is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. The rest of the staff, that I encountered, I would give 5 stars. In my opinion , without that incident, it is on of the best clincs Ive been to. I have always been seen on time and prior to the other day, everyone has always been most helpful. I dont suppose I am the only one with problems with that provider, others need to write reviews of their experience also.
