My whole family uses this clinic. My children have been patients of Dr. Finkes for 6 years now, and we all love him dearly. I was so impressed with his attention to detail, I recommended him to both my sisters who have kids. Their kids are now regular patients there as well. My children have also gone to the dentist office there. Their dentists and dental assistants are wonderful! I have recently become a patient of Dr. Hatchers, who is also wonderful. Because of this care, I rate it 5 stars. With that said, I have had some problems with the receptionists at check in. I have been there more than once, and was treated poorly, or I would pick some thing up and they didnt know what to do, where to look, or looked at me like I had three heads. I try to always go to Rose if she is available at the window. Shes kind and knows what she is doing.

Today I was terrified about getting 2 fillings, because of past experience. But i was given gas to help me relax, and it was scented like peaches and cream..The dentist and nurse was very nice...and made me feel very comfortable....Kayla was the nurse, and my dentist was a young male but uncertain of his name...recommend these guys....and P.S. the funny comments about normal day to day life, were very comforting..very pleased :)

I brush my sons teeth twice a day but he was getting cavities so I scheduled an appointment. The dentist he seen wouldnt listen to what I had to say. Rather ignore me and tell me Im not brushing my sons teeth I still brush them 3 times a day MOST days. Sometimes when we arent at home no I cant brush his teeth during the day. But thats rarely ever. My son will never go back here.

I wouldnt take my dog there. As a matter of fact, if I had to choose I would pick my dogs doctor over Dr. Crown. He doesnt care about helping any patient who is in severe pain like me, all hes interested in is lining his wallet with my money and your money. And he doesnt believe that I am hurting, certainly doesnt care . Dont go to him! Its like throwing your money in the toilet!

My children wont go back because they had to reschedule three appointments because of being sick. Sense we did not reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment we cant return. How are we suppose to know that our children will be sick in advance!?!?!? Personally I was not pleased with the services, the front desk people where very rude, in person and over the phone.

My kids will never go there again I had the worst experience in this clinic i will never recommend this clinic to anyone. front desk is rude. I am so happier taking my kids to springfilde even if its 1 hour and 20 minutes drive I love the doctors they are professional and gentle and nice.

My experience was awful! I took my 3 year old daughter for her first ever dentist appointment. They pinned her down to brush her teeth, while she screamed the whole time. Did nothing else...then charged me $112.00!!! Just to brush a childs teeth? We wont be back there.

I have never experienced anyone being rude, as others have mentioned. Dr Larry seems to be a good doctor, and the staff have always been helpful.
