They just wanted my insurance money! Had an appointment this morning! After signing in with a very unfriendly receptionist, they called me back, the assistant wanted to take a panorama X-ray, I said I did not want one taken, that I just wanted regular bite wing rays and cleaning! She sitted me and left, another lady came in and said they needed the pano to make proper diagnosis! I explained I worked in a dental office for 25 years! Had braces, am 59 dont need them again, the a pano detects no cavities, therefore only want bite wings! She made very rude noises left told the dentist what I said and he said " I wont see her then!" This was all within my earshot! She came back in and ask me to leave! I have great insurance, want to use it for necessities not an unnecessary expensive X-ray! If this is what they do who knows how much more stuff they would do that doesnt need to be done!

The assistant was super nice but I will never go back because dr Noonan was extremely rude and rough. He never once talked to me, just walked in, reached inside my mouth and began talking to his assistant about my mouth. He was so rough when just doing a preliminary exam that he ripped open the corner of my mouth. Then he walked out and never said a word to me. After my procedure I was in extreme pain for 5 days and couldnt get anything but regular ibuprofen which wasnt cutting it at all. I will never go back!

I went to get a tooth extraction. After I had it done I found out that he charged me almost 300 dollars for one tooth. Then two days after I was still in pain and he wouldnt give me anything to help with the pain or the swelling. I would not recommend him to anyone.
