I give this clinic a really low rating. I was/am unemployed and living off savings. Went to this clinic for help with a recurring bacterial infection. I was charged $165 for poor service on the part of the doctor, Keifert. The good news is that the folks in the office are very nice. The doctor was nice, too. Also, the doctor preferred to avoid the use of antibiotics if possible (for typical sinus, respiratory conditions, for example). That was very good of her. I take issue with: (1) she would treat only one thing and ignored a bigger issue. (I asked for a thyroid TSH test because of changing thyroid function that I had been trying to regulate on my own by how I felt). This was a HUGE faux pas. Its like putting a band aid on a boo-boo on the finger and ignoring the bleeding gash on the leg. She said no to the test. I dont know if she was too harried to deal with it or if the clinic has a policy of dealing with only one condition. (2) the charge was ridiculously high and not worth the service. (3) The doctors knowledge of health seemed pretty narrow - example, not acknowledging the possibility of yeast overgrowth in the intestines as a consequence of antibiotic use. The clinic site advertises quotes from doctors implying holistic care of patients. But that is not the case; not at all.

Just awful! Dr. Drehmel is awesome, but the wait times in the waiting room are the worst I have seen. Brought a client who was getting fasting labs done. Waited 45 min in waiting room, had client scolded for talking too loud by cranky old woman, and then after all of it, was told they cant do those labs there (despite me sending over orders 3 times. Its just not worth it.

This place cares more about $$ than patient care ... I have an owed bill of $103 and they wont release my prescription until I pay so no medicine for me until I pay .. luckily its not life and death I wonder what they would do in that situation probably let you die

I have gone to this clinic under its many name changes over the years. Dr McAlpine has been wonderful for the past 26 years. So sad he has retired. I will try another doctor today.
