Im truly grateful for my doctor at Entira. It took me a long time, back in my late 20s, to find a physician who didnt act like I was wasting his or her time when I came in to see them. I tried Entira because it was close to home, and my wife had for years seen a different doctor there, who she loved. Dr. Tetlie has always been respectful and expresses genuine concern, whatever the health question or issue. Now that I am almost 40, I know hell likely be retiring at some point and Im not looking forward to finding a new doctor! The nurses are also courteous, and I have not experienced long waits to get appointments or in the waiting room. However, I am dropping one star for now because I have experienced some annoyance at the front desk, where the approach can indeed be pretty leisurely. I think its possible to be friendly and welcoming while still remaining conscious of people waiting in line.

Unbelievable lack of communication, customer service, and business decency. Entira Highland Clinic held medical records for a small bill of mine from two years ago causing it to go to collection without communicating with me via phone, email, or letter. They have been notified repeatedly by health insurance provider while refusing to resolve the issue without payment.

Sarah Olson is excellent. But FOR THE LOVE OF GOD ENTIRA get another reception person!!! Every time I call in its at least a ten minute wait for me to even speak to someone at the front desk. And then more holding for at least 5 minutes while they "transfer." Completely obnoxious. Please hire another front desk person please!

Highly recommend Dr. Amy Gilbert... She is one of the best and she makes you feel very comfortable and she makes sure that you dont leave without getting the care that you deserve.
