Dr. Stokes and Dr. Ziemba have always taken excellent care of my cat. I have never been charged for anything unnecessary. In fact, Dr. Stokes has always tried to save me money by suggesting alternatives such as calling in my prescriptions to the Giant Eagle pharmacy rather than filling them himself at a much higher price. I am so happy that I discovered Ridgeville Animal Hospital when my cat was just a kitten. I will miss them when I move out of state next month!

This is absolutely the best animal hospital I have ever been to! ..Dr. Stokes and Dr. Cross are very kind, compassionate and genuine. They made an unfortunate and sad situation for our family somewhat bearable. They were professional yet very down to earth, and really went above and beyond to help us. I will always be grateful to them and will continue to bring all of our pets to this hospital.

I need to publicly apologize to this vet hospital, as in my grief and anger last week over losing my cat, I didnt pay attention and posted a very negative review, but it should NOT have been aimed at this vet as they did nothing wrong! I have deleted my negative review after realizing my mistake. I am truly sorry and will pay closer attention in the future!

Had a 6 oclock appointment, called at 6 to explain wed be 5-10 minutes late because we had trouble getting our scared cat into the carrier. we were told that they had to close and balance the books and they would not wait for us. Apparently here they are more concerned with the books than the animals. We will not be returning.

We adore Ridgeville Animal Hospital! They have done an amazing job with our two puppies- starting at 4 months until now at 7 months- and have kept us informed every step of the way. We feel comfortable calling them if anything worries us about our puppies and they are wonderful to both the puppies and us as their parents.

I recently lost my little princess "ROO".....The doctors and staff are amazing even though I lost my baby they were there to help me make painful but important decisions that was best for Roo (bees in you) and myself I will always bring my fur babies here. I love this place! I am a new customer since February 2010. We took our very first dog there and the service is stellar. Dr. Ziemba is a cordial woman who is extremely knowledgeable about my husky and chihuahua. The assistant, Laurie, is so amazing as well. My dogs receive the best of care there!

We take all our dogs and cats here, as well as use their boarding services. They are fantastic, reasonably priced, caring, and always knowledgeable. Our dogs LOVE them. They know when they are going there and practically break the door down trying to get in. That speaks volumes, no? :)

Ive been to a couple other places before my friend recommended this place for my dog. The staff and the vet, Dr. Stokes are all very friendly and willing to help in anyway for the animals. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a vet for their animal.

Horrible experience with this office and vet. Charged us $60 for absolutely nothing, what a waste of time and money! The "vet" if he can be called that, is awful for pets and customers!!!! If you care about your pet and money, take your pet elsewhere!!!

Dr. Stokes was awesome, he did a root canal on our dog when he chipped his tooth. Him and his staff eased my nerves the whole way and he even called the next day to make sure my dog was recovering well.
