Ive owned dogs all my life and lived in multiple places. This is the absolute worst experience Ive had with a vet. They are cheap but thats all you can say for them. My wife and I have a new puppy and have visited twice now for his shots. The first experience was poor. We waited one hour and 15 minutes for our appointment and she spent maybe a few minutes with the puppy to quickly give his shots. We decided we would finish the puppy shots with her and then find a new vet. My wife took our puppy for the 2nd visit, and the vet was 40 minutes late for the appointment this time. Our puppy needed his nails clipped for the 1st time, and for some reason they took him into a separate room. My wife heard him screaming and they had our PUPPY with a muzzle on and being held down by two people. There was blood all over the floor from them cutting him. When confronted about this the vet was rude and full of excuses of the treatment. We will be going to another vet for his last set of puppy shots. If you care about your pets, do not go here.

I have never been so impressed with a Doctor and her staff as I was Today! My hound mix Lucy had double ear infections...the staff that greets you at the door was amazing...put both Lucy and myself at ease right off the bat. The rooms are very spacious for your baby to move around in and not have that sterile locked in feeling...Lucy lost a lot of her nervousness in the room because of the atmosphere and spaciousness. I cannot say enough about Dr North ! She is so kind and patient. I have 4 canines , 2 felines and a bird...from now on I will not be going anywhere but THERE! At the end of our visit I was even more surprised at the cost...so affordable that I can no longer worry about my pets needs ! Thank you so much to Dr. North and her staff...my Lucy was feeling much better after a few hours just like I was told. Thank you, Traci Sutton and Lucy

I was quite happy with the services I received, I have a very large beautiful German Shepherd/Golden retriever who doesnt like his nails trimmed but they got it done, were up-to-date on shots and negative for heartworms. Id like to note I was given a medication which I inadvertantly dropped outside and thought I had brought home. I tore my home and car apart searching for it only to find a friendly message later on letting me know they had found it and were holding it for me. That was very nice, medicines arent cheap. Well be back again before you know it. This week actually with a new patient I believe. <3

Dr. North and staff are amazing and so personable. They have been angels in a harsh financial world where we rely on contributions and donations. The staff and assists above and beyond with my sanctuary - rescue animals and my personal fur family. I share praise and respect to all I meet for this outstanding practice. It is a true FAMILY PRACTICE from meeting her genuine mother to her high energy husband to the staff who are treated and act as family members. *Edit Ive got to say ..not happy with the way I was treated today. Staff was rude and snippy and I left before being seen. I was asked to wait in my car (unfortunately my ac is broke) because my elderly dog was coughing (he has a partially collapsed trechia ..this is a confirmed diagnoses). All I asked was that we could be given a priority since of his age and condition and the heat outside. We were told ..none to nicely. .that it would be another 20 mins. We had already waited about 30 mins so we left and wont be back.

WARNING DR Emily North is a imposter posing as a veterinary she took my happy healthy (for her age)16 year old fur baby on Friday for an IV overnight to make her feel a little better called me to pick her up sat. At 11:30 I got her she could not walk,stand,could not even hold her head up I took her home where she just got worse by 4:00pm Sunday she was dead,she died an agonizing death needless to say I WARN you not to bring your fur baby to this place if you love them

My Yorkie was acting weird (walking along the walls and hitting her head, lethargic, tail between her legs, and acting like she had a UTI.) Dr. Emily figured out that she might have a liver shunt and got her on some meds and prescription food (had to get it elsewhere, but she called in the script.) After three days she was acting like she was a puppy again! I can tell she cares about her patients AND their owners. Very affordable prices as well.

Walking in you wouldnt even know animals are constantly in and out. The place is so well kept and clean. Theres always a welcoming smile on the everyones face. I would definitely recommend Dr. North and her practice. She gives the absolute best care and isnt just trying to push product like some of the other Vets in town. Leaving there you really feel like part of the family.

Dr. North and her staff are wonderful. They have cared for my friends dog, so when I found a stray animal, I brought it here to be scanned. They went above and beyond to help me and the poor stray that was terrified out in the wild. I would highly recommend Dr. North and will be using her services in the future. Thank you Dr. North! Compare prices, why would you go anywhere else ? Recommended by my step son. Had my Rotti Ziva fixed last month and could not be more thankful. They even trimmed her nails free of charge. Polite, punctual, attentive, and not expensive. Much closer than my expensive vet. I have found my forever Vet. Highly recommend this place. Trish.

Dr. Emily and the staff really go out of there way for the animals and there human family. The facility is beautiful and spotless. Ive been dealing with Dr. Emily for many years and recommend her to all my family and friends. Also she doesn"t nickle and dime you as some animal hospitals do.I appreciate that very much as a senior .

Really amazing vet clinic, everyone is very friendly. The Dr is very straight to the point and its very clear she really cares. The prices are extremely reasonable and are very understanding. I have never had such a great experience at a vet clinic before, until I came here! I would recommend this place a hundred times over!

Friendly and helpful. I finally got the help for my dog and her skin allergies. I had gone to 3 other veterinaryians over a 4 year period and got nowhere. One visit with Dr. Emily and the problem was addressed and taken care of. Thank you Dr. Emily at Midtown Animal Clinic!!

Emily found my Chesters (14 yo poodle maltese) problem in 2 seconds.. abscessed teeth. Pulled them immediately same day. 48 hrs later he is gumming his food just fine and has his old energy back. I highly recommend Dr. North and entire staff !!
