I have taken my family to Olympus Eye Associates for years. Finding a really good eye doctor has always been important to me because we have hereditary medical eye issues in our family. Unlike other places I have been, they have always included dilating the eyes as a standard part of their vision exams. This is a pretty important part of an eye exam and I didnt realize how many places dont do this. The doctors and their staff are very kind and have always taken their time with us. One of the best things Ive done in my life is get lasik. Dr. Brockbank does lasik and did an excellent job for me. I no longer wear glasses or contacts! What I especially wanted to share with others in this review is that when shopping around for pricing I found Olympus Eye beat even the best known Lasik places by a significant amount and I knew I wouldnt get any better care than with them. Pretty happy about that.

My husband paid well over $500 for a pair of glasses, that he needs to wear all day every day.. The first prescription was done wrong; and the second pair he got within 30 days and he figured he would need to give them a while to kick in, well his headaches have substantially gotten worse and his eyes are not better at all... We went to another doctor and the optometrist told us that the lenses that my husband requires dont even work with the type of frames that they sold him. Why would Olympus not warn him of this! Im very upset about the amount of money we spent just over 6 months ago, on glasses that Olympus had to have known were completely wrong!... only to have pay another several hundred dollars now, to replace them again with another doctor because Olympus scammed us.

Took 3 tries to get my glasses right. First time they gave me a prescription that was close, but told me Id have to come back when they got my actual prescription in. Second time the anti-glare coating started peeling. Finally got it right after I spoke with an office manager. This took a little over a month and the employees were very rude. A couple months later I saw another eye doctor who changed the prescription and it became obvious the Olympus prescription wasnt even close in the first place. I also paid a lot less for a higher quality frame at the new eye doctor. Ill never go back to Olympus.

I have been going to Olympus Eye Associates for the last few years. I have had multiple pairs of glasses made in their optical and they are always amazing. They have some really cute frame styles and the lenses are a great quality for the price! After being in glasses for 20 years, I decided it was finally time for lasik, which I was extremely happy to find out was a service Dr. Brockbank provided. They beat Hoopes Vision by a mile on the price and I am seeing better than I ever have. I just had my final post lasik exam and my vision was better than 20/20. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Dr. Dodds is XLNT! hes meticulous in his examination, and doesnt make you feel rushed, or that your questions are stupid. He carefully explains all parts of your exam, and the various scenarios which might occur, symptoms to watch for, and advantages/disadvantages of all options I was so impressed when my friend came to see Dr. Dodds for an emergency, that when I had a problem, he was 1st in my list. I got an appointment quickly, and his staff is friendly and as meticulous as Dr. Dodds. I cant recommend him highly enough

Over the last couple years Ive had so many exams here and theyve been incredible about answering my questions and helping me find great solutions to my eye problems. I chose to do Lasik with them not long ago and it was a pain-free procedure, which quickly restored me to the perfect vision I havent had since I was a young child. Besides that, the price was gobs cheaper than any other well advertised eye doctors in Utah! I have no regrets coming here and Id recommend Olympus Eye to anyone seeking terrific eye care.

The doctor was great, the glasses and lenses, were junk. I have had to have them all replaced more than once, I got glass for 4 kids, and they just arent quality. The glasses at Wal-Mart are twice the quality and half the cost!
