I went here for exam and order the glass on Wed Jan 28, 2015. Doctor Loc Pham was very good in customer service and very professional. But the staff over here was so rude and impolite. When I just came in,the young girl without a smile requested me for general exam looking like a boss....I have felt bad already. After being examined by the Doctor Pham, I was looking for 2 glasses...and then I asked for Ms. Debra shipping to my house in Tennessee ( I visited my family in AZ 1 week) as well as I asked her free shipping? She said that "YES, FREE SHIPPING". Finally I paid total $553.88 for 2 glasses by my credit card without shipping charge. 10 days later she called me to come to the office to pick the glasses up or shipping with $10.00 charge.....Shame on her and the manager over there dont know how to manage a business when telling me that IT IS THE POLICY OF COMPANY. If so why didnt she charge me on my credit card when I pay the glasses???????? I WILL TELL EVERYBODY NOT TO COME HERE FOR BUYING GLASS BECAUSE THE STAFF ARE VERY RUDE AND VERY IMPOLITE....JUST COME HERE FOR EYE EXAM WITH VERY GOOD DOCTOR.

RUN FOR THE HILLS!!! I set an appointment for a problem related to medical(flashes floaters ghosting) My insurance is really picky. I need to have something medical related to my eyesight to have my visit covered (which I do) The problem I have here is that nationwide never told me I needed to have a new medical problem to be covered. This appointment would have cost me 60 bucks if I hadnt stormed out. I had to take time out of work. This really set me back Not only that but the tech talked down to me as if I had a mental condition. Please, do yourself a favor and seek treatment from a different facility. There is a good reason this business is getting such terrible feedback. Good luck everyone! Update: Had a much better experience at nationwide vision @ 955. W. Southern Avenue #122. Its only a few miles away. Totally worth it!

For my first visit, there was over a 2 hour wait to see a doctor, with an appointment. The tech they had measure my base curve for contacts got the wrong size, so the contacts didnt fit right -- but all I knew was that they got blurry every once in a while. I went back for a follow up, and the doctor still couldnt figure out why the contacts werent quite right. I ordered 4 boxes of the contacts only to finally figure out on my own that the base curve was wrong. When I notified the office and tried to exchange the contacts, they said they couldnt help me. Awful, awful service to go along with what appears to be an incompetent staff. Trust me -- save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Their prices are good, but, as always, you get what you pay for.

Me and my children went to this location for over 5 years. The only reason I kept going was because of Dr. Pham, thats it. The staff is so rude and unprofessional every time. They rush you, no one smiles ever, and you would think after going for so long they would remember me...guess again, I felt like a new customer every time. I would highly recommend you not go here unless you like to deal with rude unprofessional staff. We went to the location in Mesa and after the first visit my young son was so pleased, he said right away, lets never go back to that other rude one ever again..even my kids can see the difference. So stay far away from this place, go to the Alma School location.

The first time I made an appointment they told me to be there at 8:45 even though they dont open until 9 a.m. and no one showed up till about 9:15. I rescheduled for the next day and I was very rushed through my exam. The glasses were extremely overpriced for cheap quality. All staff did not seem friendly. Alma School location is a little better. I took my prescription to Costco Optical and even without insurance, out-of-pocket cost is still cheaper than Nationwide with insurance help.

The eye dr was very impatient, she kept saying my 6 year old son was taking to long to tell her what letters were on the wall. She said he had to hurry because people were waiting on him out in the waiting room. After being told to hurry up and say the letters over and over, she made him cry! They need to schedule more time for kids, and she needs to learn some manners. I dont even know if I trust the prescription as she said she cant get him to 20/20.

The doctor was nice but the medical assistant who does the tests before the doctor sees you was so extremely rude. I took my eleven year old daughter and she came out crying because of how rude she was. she was the same way to me when I went for my check up, but I just thought she was having a bad day so I took my daughter. Big mistake. You can be rude to me, but not my kids, ok. Everything else was ok.

I read the reviews before coming and was bracing myself for a bad experience. What a pleasant surprise I had! Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I never felt rushed in the least. I had very little waiting to do, which I used to pick out frames. The doctor was kind and answered all my questions thoroughly. I couldnt have asked for better!

So displeased with the service and timing it took to get glasses.. The people who worked there seemed not to care about anything & were borderline rude. The doctor rushed you in and out. The selection was not great & it took 3 weeks to get one pair glasses. I would never recommend this place, ever..

Not only poor service but very unfriendly and even adversarial attitude by office staff. My regular Nationswide store had to call on my behalf 2-3 times to get a trial pair of contacts. In one instance, they had the trial pairs set aside but gave them to the wrong customer.

I have been going for 2-3 years to get glasses and contacts and havent had an issue. Nothing really good to say but nothing bad either...
