Went here with my friend to pick up his glasses. First of all the gentleman that helped us was not friendly and snooty. Then my friend puts the glasses on and the left eye was way stronger I tried them on myself. So I asked him would the .50 difference really be that strong if difference. He avoided my question and was rude about it. So after trying to explain again. So he tries to argue the right prescription is right then agrees its wrong and blames it on the guy who helped my friend to begin with. Meanwhile why all this is going on watching the computer on what is going on he tells my friend the guy put a fake prescription. Ok if that was the case both lenses would have been the 1.0 not weak in one eye and super strong in the other. So then after hearing it would be 10 days and my friend leaves in 5 asked for refund so as he tells my friend put his card in chip reader then swipe when that didnt work and my friend used two cards didnt even tell him last four digits which I did. So it didnt work many times before I TD the guy might want try debit on your screen and it worked. This guy was rude friendly and my friend says he has been there for years and always like that. Not good for customer service job. I am so glad I had prk Lasik. He is lucky I was not the customer cause I would have went off.

Amazing customer service!! I went in with a certain frame in mind and it wasnt on the shelf so the nice associate that helped me ( I forgot her name) pulled the back stock and found me the frame that I was looking for rather than looking at the wall and informing me that they didnt carry that frame. My glasses also came in way faster than the original quoted time and they took great care of me when I came back to pick them up. Needless to say I will return to this location!

Very nice looking store. Appointment wait time was never long for me, and the doctors were ready to see me within 5 minutes of each arrival, unlike many other doctor practices that make you wait 20 minutes after you arrive. I had both Dr. Franson & Dr. Kolbay and they were both extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommended. Park in City Creek West side parking garage. The store is in the outdoor courtyard on the West side of the mall, next to Nordstrom.

Super lazy. And, rude. After I selected my frames, and paid for the glasses, I was informed it would take 10 days, not one hour. (These were not bifocals, or any type of special order.) They said they would call me as soon as my glasses and sunglasses arrived. In addition to a long wait (12 days) and lousy service, I didnt even get a phone call when the glasses arrived.

While the selection is fantastic and the location is awesome, their employees leave a lot to be desired. Jeremiah was rude when questioned on the length of time it was taking the lenses to arrive. He was curt and dismissive with concerns over arrival. Too bad the Gateway location is closing. They were miles ahead of this one in customer service.

Went here to get both an eye exam and a new pair of glasses. I set up my appointment online, arrived on time, and everything was quick and easy. Everyone was polite and helpful, and they also helped with explaining options for lenses, and finding a frame that fit my needs. My glasses ended up taking about 2 weeks to become available for pickup.

Went here with my mom and they wouldnt even correctly look up my insurance information!! The girl who was helping us named Riley wouldnt even pay attention to us and poorly assisted us while having an in depth conversation with another coworker. Thanks to her we will never return to Lenscrafters. Never go here, you will hate it

I was there yesterday, dealt with the associate Scott who helped me get my Ray Ban sunglasses. He was professional and made sure I was taken care of. The only down side was that they had to send off my glasses to have the lenses cut. However they agreed to ship my glasses to me for free. Will update this post when they arrive.

I got my glasses from them last year. The shop makes there own lenses so i had them within a couple hours. Im thinking of going to contacts. And will be going back to them for it. I know, it will possibly take a few visits to see which ones i like best but its worth not having to go miles just to find decent glasses/ contacts.

My appointment was scheduled for 1:00. They lost the appointment, said it wasnt confirmed. I then had to wait 30 minutes to see the nurse. It is almost 3:00 and have yet to see the doctor. I do not recommend this place at all. They do not have a good system. Go to Costco.

Had a very pleasant experience here. Very friendly and knowledgable staff during the eye exam, and my glasses were completed quickly! Very nice selection of frames at this location. Would shop here again!
