Optometrist was great and did his job. I wouldnt recommend coming here though. The receptionists are truly incompetent. I went in two weeks ago to get my eye exam and sample contacts.They were out of the contacts I needed and said they would order them. Didnt hear anything for a week and called to find out no one ordered them. Rather than take responsibility for her actions, the receptionist blamed the optometrist and said shed order them and theyd be in Tuesday at the latest. I came in before leaving town Thursday morning and they still werent there. The receptionist assured me shed call as soon as they got in. Around 230 as iwas leaving for the airport, I got an automatic text saying contacts ha arrived. I once again called inquiring if they were in. "Yes they got here an hour after you left" no one bothered to call me. I am now traveling without contacts and wont be returning. *sorry I am writing this on a mobile phone

Dr. West and the office staff were amazing! Very professional, very thorough and knowledgeable! The office staff answered all of my questions each time I called in and gave me additional information that I didnt know I didnt know. Dr. West was incredible! Very good in taking him time, yet moving through the exam as a good pace as well. His explanations and tips he gave to my daughter about how to put in contacts did the trick and she can now put them in herself (NEVER has been able to before).
