Dr. Chou was charging us for follow-up visits for a condition that we later learned is not curable and for which we learned (when taking her elsewhere) that she didnt actually have. Dr. Chou also refused to refund unopened, unexpired contacts purchased from her that were the wrong script for my daughter. Not a good experience.

For me, the best things about Dr. Chou are that she is a patient listener and a good explainer, as well as a highly competent doctor who has gone the extra mile for me more than once. Since I have several issues with my eyes, these are big pluses. I highly recommend Dr. Chou.

This is the best and most advanced eye center I have been to I would reccommend this place to any one very professional staff Dr Chou is great she seen me with just a few miuntes notice for an eye injury and I already felt better befor I left.
