I absolutely adore Dr.Palmer! Today was my daughters first appointment. My daughter was diagnosed with micro " Born without eyes" we received her second pair of conformers. Dr. Palmer was just as excited as us. Lanae is one of his few infant children that he works with but so eager to ensure he is providing us the best service as possible. Answered all our questions he made us feel at home the staff was just as pleasant. I would recommended his services to anyone. Im looking forward to the future with Dr.Palmer and his plans for my daughter. Many people like to work slow with infant children and her condition and Dr.Palmer has no fear. Willing to move as fast as she is. Dr.Palmer will continue to be Lanaes specialist until hes not able to see us any more! :) Thank you!! For making us feel at home and comfortable.

The doctors seem quite good, but the gatekeeping system is such that you can plan on waiting a half hour to speak with someone on the phone, and then youll come for the appointment and wait until youre called, then see a tech and wait (AND WAIT, AND WAIT) until youre called, and finally see the doctor. Figure at least 45 minutes from the scheduled time of your appt to the time you actually see the doctor. I had to call them to confirm an appt ()yes, I had to call them), and was told the doctor Id been seeing had left, and they had nothing available for 5 weeks. No one called to tell me or reschedule. I had rearranged my work schedule to accommodate the appt, and I would have gone there and been turned away. They have no respect for the patients time.

Dr. Owens is very friendly and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable during my visit even though I was initially worried to have my eyes checked. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me that I needed to understand, which put my mind at ease. I will definitely go back and I am requesting Dr. Owens to be my primary Optometrist. :) I would recommend Dr. Owens at Southwestern Eye Center to anyone looking for a great Optometrist.

I had never been to Southwestern Eye Center before and didnt know what to expect. I was there for a medical eye exam and believe me it was through, starting with a check of my prescription, mapping of my retinas, glaucoma test, and finally with an exam by Dr. Meyer. It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Southwestern Eye Center and Dr. Meyer to anyone who was either looking for glasses or needed a medical eye exam.

In comparison to my experience at a different office in Yuma, they were worlds better. They were understanding of my travel from Yuma and were still able to fit me in. Every individual was very nice and more than ready to assist. Dr. Campion was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They were very quick and efficient and effective in their work which is why I feel safe and good about choosing them for the LASIK procedure.

Dreadful these people have perfected " The Art Of Picking pockets" & taken it to new heights I thought I had scheduled my annual eye appointment to see if I needed a new prescription. instead I ended up with a battery of tests & no prescription. If you want Factory care you will get it here.They are bound & determined to squeeze every penny they can out of the Health Care System

Dr. Deepti Saini is highly competent and one of the best in the ophthalmology field at what she does. She maintains very good insight, being able to understand the matter from the patients perspective. Over the years and in different states, Ive been under the care of several different ophthalmologists, and Dr. Saini is head and shoulders above her colleagues.

Dr. Myers is an amazing doctor. She was extremely personable and listened to all of my concerns. She is obviously very knowledgeable as she answered all of my questions. What can I say..? Three times Ive called and twice waited on hold forever... 1+ hours and today, I wait for only 15 minutes to have a staff member pick up the phone sounding totally confused and stammer a scared sounding "hello..?" And then before I could speak I hear the phone hitting the cradle.... thanks a lot!
