Went here for pain in my lower back which radiated down my legs to my knees, as well as pain in my elbows ( lot of intense labor in my life)...Ive been dealing with it free few years and finally broke down to ask for help. The doctor said I have sciatic nerve pain...Then proceeded to tell me she couldnt prescribe me anything to help with the pain due to a new law in UT.(bullshit). I was referred to a pain clinic..For $300. Which defeated the purpose as I was at this clinic because i am not rich and cant afford medical insurance. So..They did nothing to help me, couldnt even uphold their Hippocratic Oath to heal and do no harm; instead they left me in pain. Dont go here. theres y are other clinics that will help. F*@# Molina Medical. Owner, dont bother responding to my review. Your clinic and policies are disgusting in nature and I will never return nor will I refer anyone to you.

Very disappointed today, was turned away by physician for being 6 minutes late. I understand after a Certain time its appropriate to ask a patient to reschedule however we had been waiting in the lobby almost a half an hour before we were notified that my 2 year old would not be seen. I have waited longer than 30 minutes in the lobby before I was even called back before and I never complained. On top of that When we attempted to reschedule that was nearly impossible since they didnt know what the doctors scheduled would be like, or WHO the physician would even be. Not ideal!!! Patients need consistency and a Dr. who is caring and understanding. Time to find a new pcp. Front staff and nurse assistants sweet as could be if only the upper management and practicing physicians were the same. Dr. Naylor is definitely missed!

I like my doctor, but I wish he had listened to me. I had a tetanus shot while I was pregnant 2 1/2 years ago in wa state but he insisted I have another because he couldnt find records in Utah. Duh! Ive only lived here 6months! And since then, headache, itching, vomiting, diarrhea, and all while I had to work. Thank you for not listening and making my week hell. Its so enjoyable to be pushed into something not needed and that makes you sick. Guess I need to turn up my inner b****.

Your staff needs to learn that checking insurance is vital when a patient presents it. My friends daughter had someone using her insurance information at this clinic for over 12 months. Had I know about it, you best believe Id be calling the FDA to report illegal practices here a lot sooner.

I love Molina clinic my doctor is very nice and patient I havent had a problem with anything its always clean, and staff are very nice with me my doctor is even my kids doctor and he is literally the best.. Dr naylor thank you

Calles to ask a basic question receptionist didnt understand my questions asked me 5 times and I told here then puts me on hold for 17 minutes and called back with response poor service.

I HAD TO WAIT VERY AROUND A 40 MIN BUT THE DR IS EXCELLENT AND THE CINIC VERY CONFORTABLE AND CLEAN, I WILL DEFINETLY WILL GOING TO COME BACK, HOPE THE WAIT COULD BE LESS NEXT TIME.
