The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I cant give them a review unless I give them at least 1 star. I swore the last time I went there that I would never use them again but I did. Stupid me. Their billing dept is very frustrating to work with. I never received a bill until it went to collections. That was from the previous visit. This time I took my niece in to get her 7th grade vaccinations. I assumed they knew what she needed. I went to register her for school and she was missing her 2nd chicken pox. When I called Granger to ask why they didnt give it to her their excuse was that she might have gone to a clinic to get it and I need to call the clinic. Blew my mind!!!! She never went to a clinic to get her shot and what kind of an excuse is that for them not to give her the shot and why did they not bring that up when we were originally there?!???? So now I have to take more time off work and pay another copay in order to register her for school. They are the biggest incompetent pieces of you know what. Never again will I ever use them!!

Took our new born daughter to granger med. did not receive our first bill until a year later I just had an extremely frustrating experience with the "customer-no-service" billing department. All I wanted to do was pay my bill in full. All I needed was a simple email stating that if a payment of x amount was made, it would constitute payment in full. The lady "helping" me refused to send me any kind of email until I gave her me card info. This is the most frustrating medical clinic I have ever dealt with!!! Dont you want your money?? is it that hard to send an email???

Ive taken my kids here for over 4 years and have been mostly satisfied with the doctors but we have now decided to go somewhere else due to the very poor way the office is run. First they take a photo copy of your drivers license and insurance every time you go in. Second they charge you every time you go in, even if your plan has no copay and youve met your deductible. Third, Ive never been able to easily pay my bills. The online bill pay never works and that is unacceptable for an office this size.

I love bringing my kids here. The environment is kid friendly. My son loves the fish tanks and play room. I love they that kids are happy when they leave the dentist. Imagine that! I recommend anyone here. They are the best and I will not go anywhere else.

There are always busy appts are one month out. Doctors only do physical at certain times on certain days making a yearly check up a hassle. Inconvince for sure.
