Dr. Watson is great! I love my doctor and would like to continue having him handle my care. However the office is NOT great to deal with or handle things at all. I have been requesting a referral for months to see my pain care doctor. I have made the request since the end of Jan., first part of Feb. On Feb 16 the office called me to let me know it had been taken care of, however my insurance and pain care doctors office never received it. I have since called two other times and still no referral. I now have not been able to get my much needed injections or been able to get my insurance to pay any of my bills because of the no referral. If they are too busy with too many patients, then they need to figure out something else. Patient care does not seem to be their top priority.

I have been with this Clinic for over 25 years I have seen many come and go, and I have loved them all, the hardest was to see Dr Joyce Pritchard leave. The last year I have seen a down hill falling with this Clinic MaryAnn awlays says NO to any openings no matter how serious it is to been seen her favorite is go to the ER. SWFM is great! I needed a flu shot quickly for a new volunteer opportunity and they got me right in and taken care of. Thats just one of many great experiences Ive had with them. The receptionist are so kind and the medical assistants very professional. Two thumbs way up and 5 stars all around.

Dr. Watson is awesome. He takes the time to have a long conversation about the issues and get to the bottom of it and doesnt make you feel like he is rushed to take care of other patients. He is definitely my new doctor for life and I would drive way out of my way to go to him.

Dr Watson is unlike any Doctor you come across he will develop a relationship with you that will last a lifetime. He is unlike a normal doctor most Drs see you as a # or a $..Doctor Watson sees you as a person and treats you like on. I highly recommend his office to anyone.
