I am writing a review to specifically comment on the outstanding work of this facility. I am confused as to how this office receives such negative reviews. Every single experience that I have had at this practice has been extraordinary from the moment I step through the door to the time I leave. Everyone in the front office staff is incredibly nice. There is a front office male who goes above and beyond to help individuals. If his job entails just checking people in, he has gone beyond that. He has practiced medicine/healing/health care just by communicating with those he has checked in. The woman who sits on the right and the two women who do the scheduling upon discharge are incredibly nice as well. They are always in a good mood and share a positive attitude with other patients as they leave. The patients are always laughing with them every time I leave so I am really uncertain as to how there could be negative reviews stemming from a positive environment. Everything is easy, efficient and executed in a timely manner. The office is consistently able to schedule appointments very quickly. I have seen quite a number of physicians over the last few years due to my extensive medical history, and I had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Tyler Southwell, who truly reinforces the value of what it means to be a physician. He sits down and patiently listens to the entire history before asking questions that would aide him in his prognosis. He is extremely intelligent; incorporating his patience, experience, evident extensive scientific knowledge, and understanding to work with me in prognosis. I have read that many patients now use online tools to explore treatments because they dont feel that physicians explain all aspects of treatment. Dr. Tyler Southwell goes above and beyond by explaining the diagnosis, typical cause, and all aspects of treatment. He treats the source rather than the symptoms. He is `truly` the definition of what it means to be a physician. I am sorry I cannot comment on the other physicians in the office, as I did not have the opportunity to meet with them, but if they are reflective of Dr. Tyler Southwell, then this entire facility is the definition of Medicine/Health Care.

After nearly 7 years with this practice, we decided to break away from this practice after they decided to make money making policy decisions that were not in the best interest of their patients. For one, they now charge every patient an annual administration fee of $49.00 at the beginning of the year. Most important, they now want to see you in their office every 3 to 4 months, so that you can get refills of ordinary medicine. Basically, your medicine refills are held hostage until they see you. This office will use up your limit of well office visits so that you can continue to get medicinal refills, then when youre really sick, youll have to pay through the nose for a cold and rushed office visit. Other clinics require regular office visits if youre on a drug like antidepressants, thyroid, etc..not ordinary medicines. Theyve become a money making racket and their patients are realizing this. All patients beware and stay clear away from this office! There are other practices far more caring and reasonably priced and wont hold your medicine refills hostage!

I called and made an appointment, told the receptionist I was a new patient. When I arrived I was given paperwork to complete and sign. On page 7 it says you agree to pay an ANNUAL Administration Fee. They do not list the amount of this ANNUAL FEE (its $49) it is NOT covered by insurance, and is NOT included in the healthcare services. When I inquired about this fee the receptionist told me "All of the Drs are doing it today". I instantly cancelled my appointment, was refunded my co-pay, and found another local dermatologist who does not charge the fee. In my 50 years of going to the Dr. I have never heard of this. BEWARE!!!! If you use this practice, on page 7 of the forms they give you, you agree for them to collect this fee from you. Its just another way for them to screw you out of $49 ANNUALLY. Its a SCAM. BEWARE!!! Never once was I told of this fee when I called the office.

This place is horrible! My husband went in for ear pain back in may or june of 2014 and the doctor was rude and so unprofessional. Dr. Montgomery was so insensitive to his problem, she barely listened to him and she kicked him out of the office when he was telling her that she wasnt even listening to his problem. She recommended he see an ENT so far from where we live knowing that there was one closer to our house. Before this doctor we had Dr. Ungar and she was just the best but she left in December of last year. Ever since this last incident neither my husband or I will be returning to this awful place. They just care about your money here not your health because Ive let them know about my husbands experience and they dont care. Also the fee they charge is ridiculous. Its so unnecessary and they charge it out of nowhere. Highly disappointed and will not recommend at all.

Rip Off! They charge for the air you breathe - the minute you walk in. I kept having these additional charges that insurance would not pay for ... then I realized they use their own way to add miscellaneous fees, admin fees that makes our office visit double or triple of the amount approved by the insurance. Hence, I will never go back and I disputed all their "additional/miscellaneous charges"- that they never disclosed prior the services. Bad business! For the love of money - not the love of Health and Medicine. Sad!

Love Dr. OClair. The practice is now charging patients an annual $39 administration fee?! Plus, watch how they "code" your visit. I have gone round and round on a visit that should have cost me ZERO dollars, and I continue to get bills six months later. Once a visit is coded, apparently it is impossible to change which can make a patients life painful when dealing with an insurance company.

I recently became a new patient and have been really happy with the service I have received so far. I have been able to make my appointments as needed and my doctor is always responsive to my needs. Yes, there is an annual fee as indicated below but they have some of the best doctors and services around.

Cant believe they charge their patients for being patients! An annual admin fee of almost $50 for being their patient? Insane. Never going back and do not recommend their services/doctors.

Beware the annual service fee! $49, buried in the paperwork.
