Dr Gold has been our kids pediatrician for over 6 years. She is Great! But recently, my 4 yr old son was not feeling well or walking normal, and Dr Gold was out of the office that day, and we had to see her nurse practitioner. She assumed my son had an ear infection and said it was normal for his balance to be off and not walk, prescribed amoxicillin, said come back in 2 days and sent us home. Came back in 2 days, equilibrium was still a little off and ear inflamed, is what she said, at this point, Im worried as a parent , instead of drawing blood and taking test or telling me to take him to the hospital, nurse prat. Campbell, prescribed more antibiotics. At this point. I just took my son to the hospital and my son was immediately admitted to icu. He was diagnosed with ADEM. Thank God I brought him to the hospital in time. Dr Gold is a pretty god Doctor, but she needs to teach her staff to pay better Attention to their patients. Dont just rush them in and out. Draw blood if not sure or admit, I am not sure of this, take your child to the hospital. We as parents chose a doctor we trust. This is causing our family to lose trust in Gold pediatrics.

My daughter had been seeing Dr Gold since she was born in 2012. I went to register her for school and she was missing several immunizations. this was after i called the office to check in the beginning of July. I realize this is partially my fault for not keeping track myself as her parent, but WHAT KIND OF PEDIATRICIANS OFFICE CANNOT KEEP TRACK OF IMMUNIZATION RECORDS ???? after looking through her records and checking myself i called the office back, the RN still insisted she wa up to date.... I took her to another provider today who verified she was in fact missing several. Do not recommend this office.

Dr. Gold is a good doctor but the ladies at the front desk are terrible. If you ever loose your job (this happened to me) and have your child put on medicaid while you look for another job please dont bother going back there. Theyll treat you and your child like you just walked in with the plague. So disrespectful. Never felt the need to give anyone a bad review until now.

Getting in to see Dr.Gold takes 3-4 weeks...which sucks if your child isnt feeling well.If she worked in her practice full time and not half the month it wouldnt be so bad. I am not happy about having to look for another pediatrician but she has more clients than she has time to service.

I love Dr. Gold and Elena Campbell and all of the staff. They are so warm and caring and with kids. The only thing I have to say negative about the clinic is that she doesnt see kids 26 and older so I am searching for a new dr to take my eldest child that accepts our insurance.

Dr. Golds bedside manner is unprecedented. She takes the time to listen to the parents, and is engaged in conversation and questions. She is open to individual parenting styles and never waivers in her support of doing what is best for your child.
