My two kids have been going to Dr.Sandra Arca since 8 years .I have NEVER been satisfied with her .She is very rude and so is her staff .I dont understand how did she even got her liscense .I know there is doctor in my immediate family and they told me there is a huge test on doctors attitude towards patient before they get license .I DO NOT understand how she passed it.She should get her license taken.The only reason I kept taking my kids to her becauseshe started seeing them as a baby and had all the record since begining otherwise to be honest I didnt like anything about her or her staff .EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE ! Thats all I can say. I wish I never took my kids there.After tolerating her RUDE ATTITUDE she got me at the point where I thought enough is ehough...I descided to change my kids pediatrician.I hope its helpful to people who re looking for doctors with nice behaviour to their kids and their parents.

Ive got 3 children, ages 11, 8 and 6. Weve been going to Dr. Arca since my oldest was 18 months old. We absolutely LOVE her and her amazing staff. If you have any questions or concerns, she will will sit with you and discuss them as well as to give advice on how to improve the issue. *Thank you Dr. ARCA and your amazing staff!!! The Bland kiddos and I love you, sooooooooooo much!! As long as you are in practice, YOU will be our pediatricians!!! ❤❤❤

Dr. Arca is rude and unproffessional, she never lisens to my concerns and always in a hurry. I will never go back there again after the bad experience I had with her and the way she talked to me.

Shes been seeing our daughter since birth and is always personable and quick to ease my mind when Ive thought maybe she was sick. I never have a problem getting an appointment.
