This facility is a joke. They have 4 or 5 doctors all of which never seem to agree. I started taking my new born there who at 10 weeks got really sick. I was taking her their weekly because of new issues. Every doctor there told me something different, their final "diagnosis" to agree to disagree and they told me that I could go get a second opinion. Well I am pretty sure I just had 5 opinions. It turned out to be an ear infection!! EAR INFECTION and because of the missed diagnoses, she ended up with bronchitis and a sinus infection. How hard is it to diagnose that. My daughter ended up not being able to hear in her left ear because the infection went on for 3 months before I found someone competent enough to diagnose this. Every time I have been there they tell me the same thing.. there is nothing you can do, sometimes babies are just fussy. Fast forward, I have a son who needs to have surgery in 2 weeks. He was scheduled for his immunizations. I called to say I needed to cancel because I wasnt sure if the immunizations would interfere with the scheduled surgery and that I needed to check with his surgeon. They rudely told me.."where there is a fee for that." Excuse me? You are going to charge me because I needed to check with anesthesia to make sure there isnt a reaction? Stay far far away from these people. They dont even trust the team that sits up at the front desk to schedule appointments. You have to talk on a phone in the lobby to call back to the nurse you just saw in the room to make another appointment. This practice is a joke, and unfortunately my children have suffered because of them.

I love the doctors but it has been my experience that the office staff is awful. You can never speak directly to anyone you can either leave a voice message or a message in the patient portal. They are so busy they make me feel like my child is just a number and my child is not a number. I think if they were the way in the video on the web site in real life I would nt be changing doctors but unfortunately it was just acting. Customer service goes a long way no matter how good the doctors are.

My child has been a patient here for 16 years and the through evaluations that are done on her make me feel confident as a mom that she is healthy. I am grateful for the mental health evaluations since most kids do not talk to parents about how they are feeling until it is too late. They have several medical providers so must be doing something right for the last 25 years.

We had an appointment with Dr Conger today and she is absolutely fantastic. She is so thorough with the exam. We always leave feeling like she has uncovered all potential problems. I have taken my 5 kids to see Dr. Conger at Kids First Pediatrics for a span of 24yrs. Now my 6 grandchildren go to Kids First Pediatrics for all their medical needs. I have always been happy with the excellent staff and quality medical care they give.

I absolutely loved this doctors office when I went there. I had dr.conger and she was the best even helped me out when she technically when I aged out and I desperately needed to see a doctor. I recommend this place to all my friends who have children.
