I wish i had chosen different place for my elderly mothers eye checkup. The staff there is dishonest & unconcerned about patients needs. My mother had her eyes checked there and requested to order two eye glasses; one bi-focal and one only far sighted eye glasses. They told us glasses may arrive in a week time-frame , that never happened. After waiting for ten days or so, we contacted facility where we were told they have absolutely no control over when the glasses will be available for my mother. I believe staff knew this already but chose to tell us the glasses will be ready within a week time so to earn the business. there is nothing wrong if they had told us with all their honesty when to expect the glasses ready. Once the glasses arrived after two weeks, we found out bifocal lens was fitted wrongly. the staff took wrong measurement; we had to return the glasses and cancel our order. The second eye-glasses arrived in next 2 weeks, so after waiting for almost a month we finally had glasses ready for us. Could you tell there is something fundamentally wrong with the running operation of this business. Now, we dont believe if the prescription we received is correct. well see another doctor to have eyes checked up again and for new prescription. Needs less to say, visiting this eye care facility was sheer waste of time and money. I am not going to step in this facility again and recommends my friends the same!

If your Looking for an Eye Doctor who is approachable, caring & thoughtful, not to mention very well versed/experienced in his area of Health Care, you will find this and a very supportive team at Primary Vision Center in Roselle. Dr. Hyderi is wonderful, he gives his patients the time they need, no rushing, gives detailed information about your eye care and conditions, answers all questions in a way thats clear & easy to understand. My husband & I have been patients for several years now and have always been very pleased with our care.

The worst place ever! I wish i can give 0 star. The receptionist is aweful. I ordered a pair in August but waited for 3 weeks and stopped by their office only to find out that the order was not placed. They said they put the order again but no glasses at the end of October so i gave up and cancelled. How could they be this negligent and uncaring! So unprofessional and disorganized people!!!

everyone there sucks at their job. never got an actual answer to one of the main reasons why I went there. took too long to send Rx for eye wear and my insurance switched so they had to redo the Rx. it took so long I am still waiting for glasses from them (6 months later) and I was forced to go somewhere else for my eyewear. waste of my time and money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

We made and appointment and clearly told that make sure that my insurance covers for eye exam for glasses and contact lenses. The secretary confirm it also that yes it is covered. But when my daughter went there the secretary told that there will be $40 charge for contact lens exam. I will not go there again.
