She acknowledged that i didnt have any cavities and that all I needed was a deep cleaning then she pointed out that I need to have my teeth whitened and that i needed my gums lasered to have a more youthful appearance. Im 22! Tf I need a more youthful appearance for. On top of that, a deep cleaning was $300! I have never ever paid that much with my insurance. So i told her no that Id come back. Psh. Yeah right. Its all about money here. Never going back.

My terrible experience was at the fault of the office secretary. I made my daughter a new appointment for a cleaning on a Monday for the following Friday. I called to confirm on Thursday. That Friday, I take off work early and get my child from school only to arrive at the Riverstone location to find it locked and be told that no one was on the schedule so they arent there today..excuse me?? What an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.

this woman is a CROOK, i thought i could trust ppl, i STRONGLY MISTAKEN. i sent my sister to take my 3 boys for a new appt & they were about 5 minutes late to the appt ...bottom line they saw all 3 of my boys with 1 asian dental assistant whom was very friendly!!! within 10 minutes. My boys are 11,15,14. also my son said i didnt even see the dr, my sister was in shock when she sent them out back so fast.....

She is a rip off. My family went for clean up , instead trying to get money out of patients saying they need different kind of cleaning, which she did my daughters which took her only 5 minutes to do it. Also charging lot of money for other procedures , be aware of her price , please verify with your insurance company yourself. Her front desk is very smart in pricing , I will never recommend anyone to her.

I had an interview with Dr. Shirazi and she asked me a bunch of very personal questions. It made me uncomfortable and I didnt want to answer them. Although she came across as unprofessional to me, she seems to really really care for all of her patients. Her front desk staff and assistants are very kind and professional. I would most definitely recommend her as a dentist.

She overcharged me on a temporary partial that broke less than a week. Then she kept hounding me to schedule the implant for which she wanted 5,000.00. and when I told her she over charged me she stopped calling and wouldnt return my call to discuss how much she had overcharged me. I would not recommend her unless you like getting ripped off and overpaying.

Dr. Shirazi has been my dentist for years, and has made my smile better than before. She takes time to explain the situation and always presents possible alternatives. Her work is thorough and she takes all measures to do the job perfect. Her staff is always courteous and tries to accommodate urgent requests.

Last time i went to the dentist was 7 years ago i am so terrified of the dentist Dr.Shirazi made my experience great explained all of my options to me made me feel good about the dental work that was done. My husband and kids enjoyed the experience too have recommended her to all my family and friends.

This was the first dentist that pointed out to me that she makes more money with the higher end treatments while presenting me options. It was as if she wanted to cause me to pick a better treatment so she could benefit financially. Seemed more interested in money than my treatments.

She caused me great pain as she was pulling teeth and also left one on the roots in AND I was overcharged by $2000! Dont trust them. ! She is a bully and will berate you into what SHE WANTS TO DO! It made no difference to her what I wanted! Dont go here!

Stay away from this place. They rip off people money in a horrible way. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will always tell you that you have some issues to fix then end up you pay more for nothing. BE AWARE!
