I had an appointment for a child’s filling 7/11/2017 at 6PM. The MA called me that morning around 10 AM to say she wanted to confirm my appointment at 4PM, I advised her that last week after the consultation, they booked the appointment at 6PM she stated “Ok, we will see you at 6PM.” I then received another call at 4:23 PM saying that they were confirming my appointment today at 5PM and was I still coming, with this being the 2nd call with the incorrect data, now I am a bit irritated. I again reinstated that my appointment is at 6PM. She said well, “We need it to be 5PM as the Doctor doesn’t have any patients right now and does not want to stay that late anymore”. I laugh and say, well are you asking me or telling me to come at 5PM? She states, well we need to know if you can make it for 5PM or reschedule. By this time I am livid! When I booked my appointment, I was advised that the latest time they had was 6PM, so I accepted. I made preparations for my child not to eat with in those 3-4 hours as advised and made sure that everyone rearranged their schedule to accommodate the schedule that we had made prior to the day of the actual appointment. So to be called 30 minutes before the time THEY want me to be there is ludicrous. Since when did it become OK for you to change a patients schedule without his or her authorization? Then to add insult to injury you have the audacity to ask me “ Well if you cannot make it in 30 minutes do you want to reschedule? UM NO!! I want the dentist who agreed to the schedule to stick to his or her calendar! I ask who this dentist was and the MA advised me that it was a Dr. Pham, and that he did not want to stay that late and does not like to come in on Fridays! Well, excuse the hell out of me! I have never seen such unprofessional, ghetto behavior in all my life! How do you just change some ones schedule without even ASKING, then have the audacity to tell me that the dentist doesn’t want to stay late anymore! So we are to be inconvenienced because your staff does not want to be at work? How tacky is that? Needless to say, my files have been transferred to another treatment center. I understand that everyone has a life, and a family and that things happen. But I mean gosh!! Have the same common curtesy and keep your paying customers in mind!!! • If you say ONE thing, STICK TO IT • ASK and inquire before you change a schedule WITHOUT permission • If you must change a patients schedule to accommodate the “DOCTOR”, at least call them within a diligent time frame , not 30 mins before saying” The dentist does not want to work late, can you come now”!! ? GET IT ALL THE WAY TOGETHER APPLE DENTIST!!!!

I brought my daughter in today for her braces checkup. After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes I decided to ask the receptionist how much longer. She said it would probably be another hour because they were short staffed. I couldnt believe that they did not even have the courtesy to tell us while we signed in; the staff just sits there texting on their phones and laughing it up. Meanwhile they have over 10 plus patients waiting ahead of us!! Naturally, like any human being that has been waiting for over an hour, I became upset and approached the front desk again to reschedule. The receptionist said the next available would be over 3 weeks from now. I was flabbergasted that they would not do more to satisfy my inconvenience and now had to wait even longer to have my daughter be seen. I was so irate that I even used profanity to show my disgust. Two other customers heard me and began to agree with me. Why should we have to wait more than two hours to be seen? Why are you even taking appointments when you can not even keep them?? I paid for my services in full on day one for my daughters braces. The dentist even heard me and tried to chime in. He said he understands my concerns but that it is not his staffs fault. Really!!! Are u fu@&$ng kidding me!! I told him off and he decided he didnt want to see me anymore. I told him to tell that to my daughters face because this is for her. The dentist decided to hide behind his desk after I upset him. He didnt even have the decency to introduce himself as the dentist. I could not believe that a dentist could get his feelings hurt and try to turn us away. I dont think so!! If he was a professional he would have taking the time to address the matter from a customer standpoint and not his staff. Customer service here does not exist; the customer is not right and are treated as if we have ruined their day. I would not recommend this place to any family or friends.

Giving the 1 star is over rating this company and organization. My girlfriend went in for a simple retainer fitting. She was told that the clear retainers would take a week to make and get back to her. With the situation at hand she had no choice but to move forward with them putting half down to complete the order. 2 weeks later she received a call from the company saying that the order was not filled and she would have to set up an appointment to get them again. We choose to work with another company that would do the retainers for half the price and have them ready the same day. Getting our deposit back has been a nightmare. She has received the run around from multiple people in store and 2 other departments that we have been directed to.(numbers that take us to people who have no idea how to help us). With every person that "helps" us gives us "the money will be back on the card in 2 weeks" The lack of professionalism and sense of urgency of this company( if I can call it that) is unacceptable. We have been wasting so much time and energy with them since the beginning of February. Based off of my experience with Apple Dentists I wouldnt recommend them under any circumstances. You can find better service and better prices elsewhere. I know because I did.

I went to this location once and will never go back again! Anyone seeking to go to this place- beware. -From the start, the place had a dingy smell to it when walking in. -With a scheduled appointment, my husband and I were there over 2 hours for a simple cleaning. -They lied to us: I was told I had 4 "cavities" and chose not to get them filled in because I wanted a second opinion. Went to get a second opinion from another dentist- turns out I had 0 cavities. Then received a call from Apple dentists on a Sunday about two months later "following up with me" only to tell me I had "6 cavities" that needed to be filled. Not to mention the lady cleaning my teeth (after they told me I had four cavities) stated, as she was cleaning, "oh look, the cavities are coming off." Ummm- cavities dont "come off" lol. Same thing happened to my husband, on the same day. 6 months later we are still cavity free. -The cleaning itself was extremely aggressive and quick. -We received chaotic customer service that caused confusion and frustration. Meaning they overcharged us and miscommumicated among eachother. All in all, this was a horrifying experience and I have never regretted a Dentist visit so much.
