I chose Dr. Laraway because of her studies on the safe removal of mercury fillings. I dont have mercury fillings, but I knew that if she cares about such alternative dentistry methods than she was someone that I would trust. I was certainly correct! Dr. Laraway is my friend for life. I was very upfront about my strict avoidance of toxic chemicals, and she assured me that she was also passionate about gentle dentistry, and would only do anything that I agreed to. She even responded personally to a very long email I sent discussing and offering alternatives to my treatment plan. She never forced me to do anything I didnt feel comfortable with, she always lovingly explained what she has studied and experienced to be the best. I just had my wisdom teeth pulled this morning and I am in no pain at all, no more bleeding, and I credit this to her stem cell extraction treatment offered there. The whole staff was friendly, explained their opinion and experience to me graciously and lovingly, and ears open discussed and was accepting of all of my concerns and opinions. My wisdom teeth extraction experience was excellent there, even though I am very sensitive to chemicals. Dr Laraway has your back And she knows her stuff, shes a passionate advocate for gentle and safe dentistry. Although I do encourage everyone to research everything for yourself before any procedure, and then discuss with Dr. Laraway what you think may be best for you, she will certainly offer loving and experienced council. But at the end of the day, she is there to help you do what YOU research and decide is needful and best for YOU. Your instinct is best, and she is there to help. 5 stars :)

Very impressed with the skill level of all the employees and both doctors. The office is kid friendly, family oriented and full of the latest technology. Its a one stop shop. I began with my regular checkup, cleanings and removing 10 plus year old amalgam fillings then next step was iv sedation for my seriously impacted wisdom teeth and now Im in Ortho. My Ortho guy is better than yours!!!! LOL. Both doctors are very knowledgeable about what treatment is best for the patient. Dr. Mike is very gentle, soft spoken and kind. I went in with a bad toothache. I was having shooting pains from my tooth all the way through my nose to my forehead. It felt like lightning bolts in my face. I couldnt work, eat or sleep. I saw Dr. Mike and he proceeded to explain what was going on after looking at my xrays & scan. He said I needed a root canal. I felt IMMEDIATE relief after the nerve was removed. Dr. JoAnna genuinely cares about what is best for the patient and what will help improve your oral health. She was AWESOME getting my wisdom teeth out. I had gone to several dentist and they all suggested I go to an oral surgery center. If youre looking for caring, knowledgeable staff who can offer you top notch treatment with all the latest gadgets and technology, LARAWAY CANT BE BEAT!!!!

Went to have my teeth cleaned. Mrs. Laraway came in told me I had 3 cracked crowns, possible needed a root canal, need tooth graft, fine scale cleaning, 3 pin hole techniqus and sedation for a total of $8304. I have gone to the dentist every 3 months for cleaning since I have a bar attached from Invisilyn for the last 4 years. I moved to Conroe and needed new dentist. My previous dentist never mentioned my crowns. So yesterday I went to a different dentist in the Woodlands for a 2nd opinion. She said I had none of the problems Laraway was stating. She said my x-rays would show cracks. Mrs. Laraway stated the reason my cracked crowns werent bothering me was because at my age "60" my nerves in my teeth were dead. Also my husband went and she told him he had 3 cracked crowns. Of course being a man he never questioned it even though he made regular vists to our old dentist. I guess you can look at it as now he has 3 new crowns. Just be cautious and get a 2nd opinion. I should turn her in to the better business bureau and report her to the dentistry association.

The Laraways & their staff have been beyond amazing and wonderful to me! Never judgmental and always compassionate, caring, and kind. I have never been one who liked going to the dentist....... but now, I LOVE to go!!!! They have changed my life and affected me in such a positive way. It is all thanks to them that I can smile again. I will NEVER go to another dentist! (Until I they are no longer in practice, of course) They are both amazing people and they expect nothing less than the best service to be provided from their staff. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Schedule your next dental appointment with Laraway Family Dentistry!!! I promise that youll be so glad you did!!! P.S. Their motivation is to make sure youre happy & healthy, and to be of service to others; They truly care about people and not the bottom line

Do NOT go here for TMJ issues. I had very minor TMJ clicking with the occasional headache and so she tries to fix it with a splint. Not only was I told by a TMJ specialist that her technique of making the splint was incorrect, but I followed her directions perfectly and now I suffer daily in pain from my jaw. I wake up in pain and go to bed with more pain all thanks to her "treatment". I have missed work and school because of the severity of the pain at times. With new xrays it was seen that the joint is now misshapen and considerably worse than before. If you just need a place for cleanings, then it is acceptable. But save your time and the headache (literally) and see a TMJ specialist that actually knows what they are doing.

Great place! They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that Ill get a prompt answer to my question. All my questions were answered. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. Did I mention they have a state of the art facility? Its beautiful and top notch as well as the entire staff. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen - both dental assistant and doctor were friendly and professional. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I dont need.

Both Drs. Joanna (Asha) and Michael Laraway are friendly and professional. I have been coming here for years. Each time I visit, the staff is on time, the facilities are clean, and the dental treatments are done right the first time. Recently I needed an emergency treatment. I called in the evening, and Dr. Asha replied outside of operating hours to confirm that I was in no pain and to arrange a treatment for early the next morning. Within 24 hours of the accident, I was patched up and good to go. I would definitely recommend Laraway Family Dentistry.

Last Friday my son came home all swollen up and in serious tooth pain. I found Laraway Family Dentistry online and called for an appointment. They were willing to see us in 30 minutes (!) We had to wait for a few short minutes, and then my son was seen by Dr. Laraway. She took some x-rays, determined what the issue was and gave him prescriptions for antibiotics and pain killers. My son described her as "cool" and "gentle". The biggest surprise was when we were told there was no charge (!). Dr. Laraway just got new patients!
