Horrible staff the Receptionist and Gine are rude and incompetent when i went the first day and made an apt for my children the receptions took a while and was trying to get me in for the next days apt bc the receptions had to leave that day at 3pm when in fact I had already been there for 45min so I was just like okay. The next day when I went for her apt I was treaded nicely and I thought wow I found my familys dentist but after that everything just went down hill. So as my daughter was taken to the back to get exam and x-rays done and was told what she need to get done I was fine with what the doctor had recommended to have done for my daughter right away I asked okay I need to find out how much it will cost me I have a private insurance so I was taken back to the front of the office with the receptions and was told an amount and I was like okay I need a better explanation of what Im getting charged for so then Gine was called to the front and she gave me a quote of the amount of approximately 80.00 so I left made an apt for the next day. The next day when I go in to Check my children with the INCOMPETENT RECEPTIONIST for the apt I was told right away that my bill would be around 840.00 so I freaked out and told her some IM SORRY I was given a different amount and was charging me for things i did not agree upon. So i told her i need to speak with Gine. Gine rude lady had me waiting for her for 45mins when my apt was at 2pm i arrived at 1:45pm and did not see the dentist untile 3pm. Then Gine is ec xplaing everything to me like Im a child and telling very rudely and I quote I already told you to wait and if you wont let me talk I will have you wait in the waiting room for another 15 min so at that time I was pussed and just wanted my daughter to have her apt by that time. So Gine need up giving me another quote that was in amount of 300. Which I could not afford. So then I told her tell me why you are charging me for and was really pushy and would not let me speak. By that time I had told her hey that I was a biller and coder so I know what my insurance cover and what they dont so then guess what that when she ended up charging. Even the 80.00 I told the dentist on the occurrence but SHE DID NOT CARE DO NOT GO THERE STAY AWAY FROM THERE

My Girlfriend just had her wisdom teeth out at the Spring location just off of I45. At first everything was fine, the staff was very friendly and the office mostly clean. The woman who took our money assured me that the procedure had changed drastically since my own removal and that my girlfriend would be in very little pain. Because of this they gave her Tylenol 3 which I told the woman my girlfriend had had trouble with in the past. The real fun started when we got home. Painless procedure? Far from it, Shes been in agony, and taking all three medications as directed. She has developed an incredibly painful rash all over her body because of the T3. We cant even get them to call us back. The Patient aftercare is non-existent. If you love your family; please take them to a dentist or oral surgeon that actually cares about their patients, Element is clearly content to let the people who have already paid suffer, saving the charm and care for potential new customers. I am utterly appalled with Element, and they will not see another dime from me or her so long as we live. TLDR Version: Once you pay them they forget you exist.

The staff was kind so thats why I give them a star. I had an appointment at 2:00 and was there on time and I waited in the waiting room until 3. Ive had swelling and severe pain in 2 areas in my gums for a week and have taken ibuprofen, Aleve, and used orajel for the pain, which only helped a little. I came for an exam hoping for relief, and to see about getting some teeth pulled soon. Another hour later, Im leaving with an estimate (with no payment plan for what the insurance wont cover), a prescription for ibuprofen (which I already told them Ive been taking and hadnt helped much) and no antibiotics b/c supposedly ibuprofen is all I need. They offered to do a cleaning b/c my insurance covers it. Why would I want a cleaning while my gums are swollen and my mouth is in pain? I cant believe Im leaving with nothing to help relieve the pain and get the swelling down so that I can schedule a time to get my 4 wisdom teeth and another tooth pulled. So disappointed. What a waste of 2 hours, and now it hurts more b/c of all the poking around for the exam.

The receptionist is incompetent. I went there to drop off the payment money since I had to work and my mom stayed so my daughter could get her teeth fixed. I asked receptionist how much bill was and she gave me an invoice with $228 on it. I gave my mom $240 cash so she can pay at end of procedure. I left and after the procedure my mom calls me and tells me the receptionist said its $280 now. I spoke with receptionist and she said the nitrogen was not added on bill so its $280 now. I did not want to drive all the way back to pay difference so I had to argue with her on phone so she could bill me for rest. The dentist is great but not going back due to receptionist issues. Also, when making the appointment I told her that my mom was taking my daughter and they failed to tell me I had to sign a release waiver so my mom could stay with my daughter. then! she forgets to give my mom a receipt so my mom has to go back to get it.Other than that the dentist and hygienists are great. If you must go there beware of receptionists.

Highly recommend! They were very friendly and accommodating from the beginning, which was making the appointment over the phone. Once we arrived, everyone was full of smiles and so very sweet. All the staff that we passed or talked to were super friendly. They let me sit in with my 5 year old and most offices wont. That was an even bigger plus bc if he had to go back alone, he would have been terrified and would have never wanted to go back to the dentist. The dentist herself was so warm and friendly and great with my son. He LOVED her! Couldnt have been happier with our visit and they are now our go-to dentist!

The hygienist, the dentist, the orthodontist and the assistants were wonderful. First off, their customer service was absolutely amazing and really put me at ease. They ALL did everything they could to ensure I was comfortable. The dentist took care of a cavity without any pain or discomfort and the orthodontist and his assistant talked me through getting my braces. They literally let me know everything they were doing the entire time. Having had a bad experience with my previous dentist and orthodontist I was so happy to see the amount of energy/ passion these guys put into their work.
