I normally do not write reviews, but how I was treated was so poor, I had to write about it. Pattys customer service was so absolutely horrible. She is a bully. After several attempts to make an appointment, being put on hold for at least 15-20 minutes at a time, I was finally scheduled and a Rx was called in to take before my visit. I get to my appointment and I was only scheduled for a consult. A consult? I am in extreme pain...I was given a Rx to come in to talk about the pain? Of course not! This was a bully move to inconvenience me. She will not even send my chart or x-rays over, so I would have to pay for them all over again. As a mom of 3 athletes, finding the time to get to ANY appointment is difficult. I selected this dentist because of the good things I read, but after the bullying I experienced, I would never go back.

Me and my wife used this Dentist and we both had problems after the visit. It started with a simple exam and cleaning, then it turn into us both having a single “minor cavity” (his own words) in 1 tooth. We both ended up returning multiple times for issues with the same tooth do to work he performed. I went from a minor cavity/filling to a painful root canal two months later. Either the place is unsanitary and causing infections or he needs to be retrained. never again..... this guy is getting paid…multiple trips to fix his mistakes are not cheap.

I am definitely that person who hates going to the dentist, but I always feel in safe hands whenever visiting All Smiles. Dr. Mashnis staff is kind and compassionate, and understanding of my anxieties. From when I walked in, to having to get a filling (never fun, but All Smiles made it bearable) to a follow up call that night from Dr. Mashni himself, I felt completely comfortable. Dr. Mashni made me feel like I wasnt just a number, but that he cared about me and my health.

They are expert schedulers.

Best dentist in Michigan. I take my daughter here for any and all tooth related issues. Dr. Mashni is great with children. I cannot imagine taking my daughter anywhere else. Also, his office is super clean and all the staff members are super nice. If you are looking for a dentist for yourself or your children this is the place to go.

Our 3 year old had her first dental appointment. She was nervous, but Ashley and Dr. Mashni were able to quickly set her at ease with a visit to the lobby, introduction to the tools (along with playful names), and large smiles. She quickly relaxed and then spent the weekend showing off her "shiny teeth".

I absolutely love Dr. Mashni and his staff. Im so afraid of dental work and had to have quite a bit done. They not only made me feel relaxed but also encouraged me throughout the procedure and kept me in as little pain as possible. I will never go to another dentist.
