Just walking in my first impression wasnt awful however once me and my son whos only eleven were taken back, I was then told that it was policy that I could not come back with him for the examination. After finally having to argue with the dental assistant about whether or not my 11 year old was going to be back there by himself, she then proceeded to tell me that if I had an issue I could speak with office management. This was completely unnecessary, and they should have just made accommodations for me to go back there with my son. Then on top of that she proceeded to ask me the same questions over and over and over again because she didnt understand why I was referred there after explaining that my original dentist could not do the work. She then proceeded to tell the dentist that I didnt WANT my dentist to do the work and so I interrupted her to tell her for the third time that we were referred there because our dentist COULD NOT do the work. I watched three little kids, small children at that, walk into this huge open room where there was no privacy, without their parents, and watched the dental assistants ask them questions that they couldnt even understand. The one kid had gauze in his mouth and he could barely speak and the one assistant got loud with him!! My experience with absolutely terrible and I did not make a follow-up appointment. Would never refer. You all need a reality check.

I was very uncomfortable that they make the parents stay in the waiting room while they take a child of the age 4 back for their first visit. Parents are not aloud to go back with thier children for any reason. Kind of weird since even at the hospital you are asked to stay with your children during treatment. While in the "parent room" I was asked a few questions. When I said he brushed his own teeth I was told no child under the age of 12 should be brushing thier own teeth. Weird again. And during the question part I heard the doc telling a little girl that was crying "STOP..STOP CRYING" I was scared myself after hearing his tone. When I asked the women told me they try the firm approach. What happend to being soothing with children? This office made me feel uncomfortable.

This office is awesome!! My child was very scared to visit the dentist. This office changed that for him. They are kind and gentle. The lady he saw was very helpful and talked to him about brushing and flossing. We made our next appointment and he actually wants to come back!!!!

Horrible. They suggested giving my 4 year old daughter valium instead of just letting me come in with her. All she wanted was to hold my hand and be comforted. Finally got the work done once I advocated for her and forced them to let me in the room. Will never return.

Worst office I have ever been to. All staff was very rude! My son is now terrified to go to the dentist after his experience there!
