I was a life-long patient of Midwestern Dental...ever since my first baby teeth so Ive had a lot of experience with them in my twenty-something years of existance. The place has waaaay too many patients, youre a number, not a person. Someone to hustle through the office as quickly as possible to move onto the next money-maker. I also hate how many emergency patients they accept. I dont think its fair to have had a cleaning or procedure scheduled months in advance, only to have to wait an hour and a half for it because they had so many emergency patients come in that morning. Appointments almost ALWAYS run late there. Dont expect a quick trip to the dentist. Thats not SO bad, except the quality of their work isnt always the best. I only have two fillings, both of which were done by doctors at Midwestern Dental, and both fillings have given me issues. And, because you see so many different people at each of your visits, the right hand doesnt really know what the left hand is doing, for instance: I have cavity between to of my front teeth which you can see when I smile, so naturally I opted for a white instead of silver filling. During a cleaning, the hygenist was SCRAPING AWAY part of the filling because she must have thought it was plaque. Ever since then Ive has issues with that tooth collecting food particles and its sensitive sometimes. I also have a filling in one of my molars which has given me problems since the beginning. My insurance had run out since I was no longer on my parents plan, so I could not address either of those issues. While they were still my dentists. Ive since moved out of the state and Midwestern Dental is no longer my dentist, and couldnt be happier! After twenty-something years my parents finally switched dentists too!! This wouldnt be my first choice to send someone to....

Extremely rude place! If I could give no star than I would. The receptionists were not welcoming at all. Had to wait over 2 months for an appointment for a chipped tooth which I mentioned when making the appointment but when I got there they said they wont do that on the 1st visit now they scheduled me for a second appointment which the earliest available was 2 months from now. The website advertises weekend availability but they dont do anything other them cleaning and xray on weekends. The doctor did not even address my concern and just walked away after the check up, I had to ask the assistant to ask the Dr to come back to address my concern. I will be switching my dental insurance and never going back again

Dr. bishara was excellent and is the only one I like. My mother had to take off her earrings for x-rays and they put it in a bag by her chair and when they finished cleaning her teeth they were gone. The doctor and helper claimed to have not seen them yet out of her watch and glasses and phone only her expensive earrings were gone. At the end of the appointment to schedule your next visit takes forever probably longer than the appointment itself. The entrance smells like very spicy food. No privacy really since its just cubicles for every patient.

When scheduling an appointment, dont be surprised if you cant get one for months and months. And if your extra lucky like I was, youll discover that they forgot to enter your appointment in their outdated computers, and thus youll end up waiting another 3+ months to reschedule. And then when you finally do get to see your dental hygienist, they will rush through it and end up scraping off fillings that they somehow impossibly thought were plaque. FYI, this is the first review Ive written for anyone in years. Its simply that bad...

Horrible! My crown failed and abscessed. They said they would need to pull the tooth. I got another opinion and did not pull my tooth but cleaned the infection and re-crowned it. Plus! They confirmed my cleaning appointment only to tell me on the day that they had no appointment for me. Stay clear of this chop shop that lacks experience and professionalism.

This office is amazing!!!! The staff works very hard to try to get you in for your appointments as well as being super friendly!!!!!! Doctors make you feel right at home along with the assistants!! Everyone has a smile and they look very happy! Office is clean and well organized, great place to go too!!!
