Worst experience ever. I was referred by another Great Expressions location for a consultation for a gum graph. I went to the original appointment and the procedure was called into my Insurance company for almost a thousand dollars. It was not covered so they offered me the procedure for $350 if I paid out of pocket. I did and went in yesterday to have the provisionary splint installed on my lower front teeth. I was asking questions about the procedure and at no time did anyone tell me that I would have to have my jaw open for over 15 minutes. They left me in the chair unattended with a mouth full over cotton and a suction tube-I was checked on ONE TIME. I suffer from TMJ and when I couldnt take the pain of having my mouth open so long I had to say something. I dont think either the assistant or the Dr cared how much pain I was in. Then the Dr started to file the tops of my teeth w/out explaining what she was going to be doing. I made her stop bc Im fine with my teeth, theyve been this way for 20 years after my braces came off. I would not refer my worst enemy to go to Great Expressions. Same janky service when having my teeth cleaned at the location on Gratiot. I now have blisters around my mouth from whatever chemical was on their gloves that touched my lips. My jaw has been in pain since leaving their office yesterday. If I could give negative stars you better believe I would.

This is the worst office I have ever encountered in my entire life! They are completely inefficient, inept, and treated me very poorly. I was first scheduled for the wrong procedure, which they proceeded to bill me the services for. Then, I had to reschedule for the correct procedure. Then, after I had come in for that appointment, they told me that I wasnt actually scheduled an appointment that day or ever. Then how is it I had spoken with someone and scheduled a date/time?!!?! Then, when I told them I was not going to have the procedure at an office as poorly managed as this one and wanted my x-rays to take elsewhere, they said I would have to pay to access them. This is after I had already paid for them for apparently no reason whatsoever, since the procedure was never done! And now they want me to pay to access my own x-rays! Absurd! If I could tell everyone and their brother not to go here I would. Save yourself the trouble, and consider a better specialty dental center.

I had a root canal performed by Dr. Berman at the Rochester and Tienken branch in January. I was referred to this location because I was still experiencing discomfort in my tooth. They performed a 2nd root canal , however I am still experiencing discomfort in the tooth. I called to speak to the branch and obtain the Patient Services contact # and resolve issue once again. While I am still experiencing discomfort and have an appointment next week, Tish was very helpful in getting me the info needed, rescheduling my appointment, and making sure all billing was correct. Though I have had less than great experiences with Great Dental Expressions, Tish was extremely considerate and helpful. I dont have anything negative to say about this location.

Ok, so experience with my teeth being extracted is over and was not as bad as I thought. I did have some anxiety but was able to soothe myself with yoga breathes, reciting some bible verses and envisioning the Lord there with me. I have to say that Dr. RABBANI and staff at Great Expressions Dental Center are awesome. They made feel relaxed and comfortable as well as talked through the whole procedure. So, if u r looking for a dentist definitely consider them.

I am so happy with my experience at the Great Expressions Warren specialty Dental Center! The front desk were not only nice but very helpful and accommodating. The Dr, I saw was very professional and made sure I was knowledgeable with what I needed to have done, in a way that I understood. The office was clean and welcoming. I will come to this office for any future dental work.

Worst dental experience Ive had all my life! I beg you do not come here the doctor caused me severe pain! I told him i wasnt numb, but he kept on going, leaving me in severe nerve pain. I was supposed to go back to finish my root canal but i found another dentist to finish my root canal. Please save yourself the traumatic experience and go some where else!

Friendly staff. Doctors were explanatory and courteous to me. I was first seen on a Tues afternoon and the next morning my problem was taken care of. My only concern was the lobby restroom being dirty. I understand its hard to know when someone makes a mess in there but both days I was there it was in need of serious cleaning.

These Guys were fast. I came in for my first time for a root canal and i was seen right away. I recommend anyone whos looking for a permanent dentist please come to "Great Dental Expressions". For my first time..i feel right at home. Very professional and friendly. Dr office is amazing.

Unfortunately, I have severe nerve damage after a root canal. But after reading the Michigan Board of Dentistry statements regarding the dentist, Im not surprised. I just wish I knew what I know now before the procedure:( Be ware!!! Shame on you Great Expressions! Shame on you!!!

Getting my wisdom teeth removed was a little intimidating, but the entire staff was incredibly supportive and patient and made it a great experience. I highly recommend this location to everyone.

I love this office. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Went in for wisdom teeth pulling and gum treatment. Dr.s are friendly. I wish this was my regular office for every cleaning.

Dr. Guity Rabbani will refuse to treat you as many times as she want if you dont clean your teeth perfectly. Even you take your work day off, and drive two hours there
