Dr. Aust has been my Dentist for 25+ years. I started going to Dr. Aust when my office was near-by and it was convenient. About 10 years ago I moved my office to Worthington but I continue to go to Dr. Aust even though there are several Dentist within walking distance of my new office. Everyone at Gentle Family Dental Care is nice, friendly and warm. I dont particularly like getting dental work done, but, since I must, I want it done by Dr. Aust and his staff. They are the best. If you need dental work done or if you are looking for a new Dentist then give these folks a call. You wont be sorry.

This dental office is AWESOME, all my life, every dentist that I had ever been to did nothing but cause me pain, I had the worst experience with dentists even getting them cleaned hurt, so I have had this deep fear all my life but when I chipped my bottom front tooth I had to get it fixed and this place was so gentle that I couldnt believe it, they didnt cause me pain not one time, that was a blessing, it still takes me time to get my fear under control when I need to have a check up or a cleaning but im working on it...

I had a crown put on that broke about two weeks later while I was eating mac n cheese! Clearly, it was the crowns problem, not the dentists. I called and ended up with a brand new crown (which hasnt had a moments problem) at no charge. While I wasnt sure if the "lemon law" would apply to dental crowns, in this practice it did. I fear all sorts of dental procedures--yes, even cleaning--but they make it much easier to tolerate excellent dental care with their gentle, caring, friendly manner. Im a patient for life.

I have been to a lot of dentists in my time but Dr Kim Farrell and her staff are the best. She is knowledgeable, understandable, professional and thorough. She is an all round great dentist and I actually look forward to my visits (and thats saying a lot). Although I have never been excited about seeing the dentist, Dr. Mah understands my phobias, and has provided excellent care. Gentle Family Dental Care has a wonderful atmosphere, everyone there is very professional, kind, and the pricing is very reasonable. I have recommended Gentle Family Dental Care to several of my friends and family - all have been impressed with the level of service provided.

Dr Aust and all the staff do a great job and are always professional but the best thing is they treat you like a friend. They go above and beyond any other dental office Ive experienced. Dr Aust met me on the soccer field one evening to give me some cement for a temporary cap that came off. And how many dentists and staff remember your name? Great people at Gentle Family Dental Care!

When you go to The Gentle Dental Care its like going to your mom and dads or your brother and sisters house to visit.I personally like going there to see what everyone has been doing since the last visit. I highly recommend this place to anyone. I was in pain and putting off going to the dentist, finally it just got to be too much. I called and told them how bad it was and they got me to come in for an appointment an hour later. All of the staff were friendly, polite and professional. This was my first time going to them, but I wont hesitate in the future.

My entire family goes to this office and we love it. My 3 year old went in for his first visit and left smiling. They put sunglasses on him so the bright light didnt bother him and gave him a prize for being such a good patient. Definitely recommend.
