Ive never had a better dental experience conscious. I have PTSD and a very difficult time going to the dentist. Despite my troubles my insurance doesnt cover sedation so I was very very nervous. They were kind and patient with me, explained what they were doing, gave me a sonic type cleaning that was so quick with very little pain and every person I saw today was just great. I do have a type of Medicaid and I am used to being condescended to and rough rude treatment from dentists, but they were incredibly nice. I saw Dr. McCann and she was quick, gentle, cheerful and kind. And then, when I walked out, the owner of the practice was giving out free hot dogs to anyone that walked by. In an area that is economically disadvantaged, I saw him cheerfully and respectfully feed 3 or 4 children and several adults- not patients- just people walking by. What a great experience. Thank you Drs and Hygeinists and assistants and nice office people. Im officially impressed. Ps. Kind of off topic, but many of the staff have fun colored hair and I dont know about you, but that was a cheerful touch- as a bonafide freak myself, I always want to let employers know thats not a bad thing and Your patients dont mind seeing your staff express themselves!!

After waiting over an hour to be seen (for a 9am appointment at Broad st location), I was finally taken back for x-rays. The technician was very friendly so I relaxed a bit and tried to be patient. After waiting another 20 minutes in the chair for someone to do my cleaning, I walked back to the x-ray technician and asked how much longer I would have to wait. She informed me there was only one "doctor" qualified to do the actual cleaning, but that it should be soon. When said "doctor" finally came to do my cleaning, he spent less than 10 minutes on me, basically brushing my teeth. They did not scrape the plaque off or floss-something I have had done at every single dentist appointment outside of this place. I thought this was incredibility strange. Finally, I had to remind the assistant that fluoride was including in my "Groupon", so she had to get up and search for it as she was not planning on giving that to me. All in all, although the staff was friendly, it was a horrible experience and I will never be back. Glad I only paid $29 for the Groupon ($29 for someone to lazily brush my teeth basically). Do some research and go elsewhere-this place is a joke!

Do not go here!!!! I realize its convenient but this is THE most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. The dentists bed side manner is non existent, he tells you nothing, if he even shows up. Most of the time its some substitute dentist that you will never see again. I had all my teeth pulled (they took them all at once) on April 28th 2015 its now July 9th and I still dont have my dentures. I mean they have been made but they dont fit, the top teeth make me look like MR. ED. They have sent them back to the lab 7 times supposedly to "shave" them down so they will fit. Every time they come back they are exactly the same. They are so big, my top lip is pushed out so far that I cant even close my mouth. They dont want to admitt that they made a mistake and remake the teeth so they just keep putting them in my mouth hoping I will just take them. Every time I say no and they send them off, its another week or more before they make me another appointment. Now I have to start over by going to another dentist to get dentures made that actually fit. Just be warned, I wouldnt recommend these people for a dog!

I would rate them even lower if I could! They are rude, disrespectful liars who care nothing about patient care. They left my disabled sister sitting unattended in thier dental chair for my than 2hrs before even beginning to fill her cavity! She had a 10 am appointment and didnt leave thier office until after 2! They gave me nothing but excuses and lies when I asked what the hell was going on, this is the most unprofessional dentist office I have ever seen, they must be billing her medicare/medicaid by the hour!!

What a great experience. Again! I have many procedures done at Franklinton Dental Group with three different doctors: Dr. Wilden, Dr. Warden and Dr. Dillon. All three doctors explained (educated) what needed to be done as I was very happy of the outcome! PLUS, you can not beat their rates, especially when you purchase the Affordable Dental Plan - a huge savings that includes 2 check-ups / x- rays / cleanings / AND 30% OFF ALL Dental Work! This dentist is very unprofessional and they treat people with disrespect. I was one of THREE patients who walked out on them after waiting for over two hours and not seeing anyone at all. I even had a scheduled appointment which i made two days before. They didnt care, and from what it seemed to me and others in the waiting room there was no sence of first come first served it was not professional at all. I DO NOT recomend that you waste your time or money at this dentist.

They talked me into having all my teeth when I did not have any cavities by confusing me when I was only 31. I know numerous other people they did the same thing to when some were in their 20s and early 30 years of age. The last 4 teeth that were pulled was from a female dentist that put me through a lot of pain by not numbing me right and didnt numb the lady that was next to me right either that she worked on before she got to me.

I bought a voucher for basic cleaning via Groupon with the dental Group. I guess I paid for what you get, but from this experience, I wouldnt recommend this place. If they cant even provide good service even with a simple cleaning, I wouldnt go back. The wait took forever, they took me an hour later after my appointment. Once called in the cleaning takes less than 10 minutes. The service is not worth it.

Had thousands of dollars worth of work done to my mouth in less than 8 months later that all fell apart and the implants in my mouth or not even screwed in properly and the teeth were not pulled out all the way where they put the implants. Now I look horrible finding a new dentist.

These people do unnecessary work went in with tooth ache 6months later 3 teeth pulled 2 root canals and my front tooth is cracked minimum wait time is 3 hours on a good day! equipment is out dated as well I would not recommend my enemy

I had an appointment to get my wisdom tooth extracted and they called me back, numbed me up and I heard them mention something about a root canal. They walked away and I checked the chart and IT WAS FOR A DIFFERENT PATIENT!!

They have absolutely no consideration for peoples time. I was the first one there, with an appt. And sat in waiting room for 2 hours while half a dozen went in front of me. Other than than the lack of respect, it was ok.
