I went to this office about 5 years ago. The office staff was very friendly as well as the dental cleaning/x-ray staff. Over the years I have had constant issues with crowns due to a car accident 17 years ago. I had my x-rays taken and my teeth cleaned, I came back about a week later to have my partial denture made. I was told my first visit would be so the dentist could see what he would be working with. Since there was no work planned, I brought my son, who was four at the time. Well, apparently they were extracting the teeth tips out of my gums. The dentist did not simply inject the numbing medication, he stabbed with the needle, even after me screaming and hitting him. My son is now terrified of the dentist after witnessing this, even 5 years later. My gums and the roof of my mouth was in pain and bruised for weeks. They made the partial to fit where two crowns kept breaking out. The day after I received my partial, it broke. They remade it and I told the Dentist that it did not seem to fit right, he repeatedly blew me off. When I went in to have some cavities filled (only because it would be a different dentist doing the work) they looked at my x-rays from when my teeth were cleaned and informed me that one of my other crowns was about to break out and it would cost me $700 some dollars because my insurance at the time did not cover crowns. Why didnt they tell me this before my partial was made? My insurance would have covered this extraction as well, so that it could be included in my partial. I have had nothing but problems with my partial, it has never fit properly and my back teeth are starting to rot because of all the bacteria that is in my mouth because the partial does not fit correctly. I feel that this office took advantage of me because I was on State insurance at the time.

I did not like this Dentist office. I wouldbnt even gives it a star, the hygienist went super fast while cleaning my teeth, Im pretty sure she cut a few parts of my gums where she wasnt even suppose to be by. A prophy which is a cleaning should take about 30-40 mintues, this hygienists was done in 5-10 mintues. I get a cleaning every six months & by far this was the worst cleaning I have had. My appointment was at 2, I got in the back by 2:10, she was done at 2:15-2:20. Now its 7 PM (same day) and my gums looks red and irritated now. I left at 2:35 because they wanted to do fillings, but I just couldnt trust it, so I got up and left; therefore, Im not ever going back. Im also in dental assisting school and the office isnt welcoming, they kind of just hurry up to get you out. Considering the cleaning was real fast, she went straight across my gums and not along with them. I never had a cleaning that has hurt that bad and still does to this minute, mind you I get it every six months and it shouldnt hurt like that or this. I also feel the hygienists scraped off one of my previous fillings, so they can work on it because the tooth she was scrapping on, in the interproximal space, felt like she was trying to tear something off and that was one of the tooths the dentist then wanted to work on. Im not sure, but it was very weird how she kept scrapping at that one spot, tugging at my tooth trying to pull something off. When I brush and floss every morning and night, so I know I have no tarter anywhere!

I would give it 0 stars if I could... I was alarmed because I broke one of my molars pretty bad & needed to be seen ASAP! I drove an hour to this dental office because they could see me on such short notice... the dentist took a look at me & said, when do u want to come back so we can extract it? I said most dentists take care of a bad tooth the same day... "we dont do that here..." "then Im not coming back.." for all that Id rather wait and see my regular dentist.. what a waste of time... good thing it happened that way too.. let me tell you about the experience... the dental office is ran more like a business.. the dental equipment and set up is super dated... I didnt feel comfortable in that environment at all... didnt seem like a dental office.. I wanted to run out! I wont even send my child here.. If you are looking for a good dentist office where you feel comfortable and getting good care. Go to downriver dental or Huron river dental, my suggestion. Ive been seeing the same dentists for years and after this experience, I wont be seeing a different dentist for a really really long time.. the whole experience was just not right... and sometimes you just gotta listen to your gut.. and reading some of these experiences & reviews on here... in glad I did!

This was honestly one of the most dysfunctional offices I have ever had the opportunity to witness. Not only was the lobby in extreme need of a thorough cleaning, but the staff was beyond unapproachable & rude. The bathroom was disgusting & good luck getting toilet paper from any worker behind the desk. We had to wait an hour before being seen & were never even informed of a wait until I went to the front desk to see how much longer. The patient scheduled after us was even seen before. The hygienist not only didnt introduce herself but never cracked a smile & was extremely rough with children who were visiting a dentist for the first time. The doctor could care less about the patient & didnt give us the time of day. The staff was inhospitable & cold. I would recommend you going elsewhere if you are looking for service & a staff/doctor that is actually there to help the patient.

I would give this office zero stars! Ive been in the Dental Field for 30yrs as a Dental Asst. My husband and I had our teeth cleaned there and the Doctor wanted to extract 3 of my husbands teeth due to 2 surface fillings! 2 extractions due to impacted molars that have never givin him any problems or infections. I went in due to insurance and thought I would give them a try. Well I was given the same treatment! Extraction due to a one surface filling! Quicky service and I would not trust them 2 put that handpiece in my mouth after that! I asked if they just extract over fillings? Only then was I told they would!? What about people who are not I the field? They lose teeth that should and could be saved! This upsets my code of Ethics in Dentistry. Consumer Beware!

I recently moved in the Warren area and I was looking for a good dentist. Hawazin Khedher came highly recommended. From the time I walked in the door and from the time I left everyone was very nice. I love this place and Dr. K. I told her my son wedding was coming soon and needed a picture perfect smile. She showed compassion and kindness and told me she would have me ready for the wedding.Guess whose going to be smiling at the wedding now. Thanks Dr K and the whole staff at Dental Care of Michigan- Warren. I would recommend them to everyone if you want/need dental care. They were professional, kind, the work was quality and all done in a timely manner. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
