The staff is very caring of your concerns of past dental fears. Dr. Patel is completely pain free & has state of the art equipment. He has the best chair side manner of the 30 or so dentist and orthodontist I crossed paths with my crooked & crowded teeth. He listened, & gave me what I wanted without any objections when other dentist/orthodontist told me no. All I wanted was clear braces on the top & bottom teeth & a permanent retainer. I didnt want to wear braces a long time either. He granted all of my requests & then superseded my wildest dreams. An infinite smile, not to sound cheesy but I always longed for a beautiful long lasting smile. He joined other dentist in his network & they are just a pleasant & knowledgeable as Dr. Patel. Not to mention that the place is a spa which helped me to relax & overcome my fear of dentist. Five star equipment, service & staff well worth the drive. Plus they have an espresso machine, and a Keurig too!!

I moved out to Columbus, Ohio from New Jersey and I needed to find a new dentist. After a little bit of searching and a referral from my friend Neil Jindal I decided to try out Infinite Smiles. Since this was only my second dentist and I had been going to my prior one since I was kid I was skeptical on whether I could count on whatever service I found. I was blown away at how professional the greet staff was and the cleanliness of the facility. When I was brought back all of the equipment was state of the art and I had the feeling that I would be taken care of. The hygenists were knowledgeable and answered most questions I had. Dr. Patel was very personable and even though our one on one consultation was brief he addressed all of my concerns and gave me options moving forward. Overall I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist. Although the services can be a little pricey I believe that they are well worth it.

I had problems with a molar for nearly three years. Problem was the tooth was very sensitive to hot cold and any chewing. Tried all forms of Sensodyne. Sensodyne Repair made the sensitivity manageable but still had to avoid chewing with that tooth. Dentists and an Endodontist could see nothing wrong. This was a crowned tooth without a root canal. The crown popped off and Dr. Patel put it back on successfully. For a week I could chew and there was no sensitivity. The next week pain returned and was worse than before. Took pain pills to stop pain. Dr. Susi, the Infinite Smiles Endodontist saw me on a Saturday and determined a root canal was needed. Immediately, all symptoms were gone and I could chew again. Following Wednesday saw Dr. Pa el and he determined a new crown was needed. In one sitting a new crown was made and no pain. I appreciate the expertise at Infinite Smiles.

I drive 40 minutes to go to Infinite Smiles. I wanted a dentist that would use the most current technology and be honest with my needs. I feel like I am in a spa instead of a dentists office. The staff is so nice and they always take you on time. I am also at the stage in life where I need some extra work - when I need a crown I dont have to go back! That is very important to me! I would highly recommend this practice. My husband was complaining that his dentist scraped his teeth really hard when he had them cleaned - I quickly explained that is old school and he needs to go to an office that uses high power water to clean your teeth. No painful scraping. I will continue to make this drive until I can talk Dr. Patel into coming to the east side!!!!!

Dr. Patel is the only dentist Ive worked with that takes an individual patient approach to dentistry. He uses his knowledge of dentistry as well as considering each individual patient health, needs, and desires. Every member of the staff is personable, extremely professional, and highly skilled. This is the only dentist where my teeth dont ache after a cleaning. In comparison to other places I have had dental work completed Infinite Smiles process is less invasive. It is easier and less painful due to the utilization of skill and and technology. Compassion, skill, technology, cleanliness, and genuine individual patient care are my top reasons for recommending Infinite Smiles. My only regret is not finding Infinite Smiles sooner--

Having lived in Columbus for 43 years, I have been to a variety of dentists. None of them come close to Infinite Smiles and Dr. Neil Patel. The office is impeccable and state of the art. The staff is courteous, friendly and professional. Dr. Patel cares when I come in. He is knowledgeable, thorough and even complimentary....I have never been told "my mouth looks great" or "keep doing what you are doing" from any other dentist...ever. Like many people, I do not look forward to a dental visit. But Infinite Smiles is a place that makes me feel comfortable and they produce excellent results for my teeth. My family will continue to use Dr. Patel as our family dentist as long as we live in NW Columbus.

Dr. Patel is the only dentist that I or my family will go to. The office is brilliant and the staff are all very nice and treat you like your the only patient they have. I have had three wisdom teeth removed in the office without any pain. Pretty amazing considering most people spend a couple of days on the couch following that type of procedure. Recently I had broken a tooth in half and Dr. Patel was able to see me within a few hours. The next day I had a root canal procedure and a crown put in place of the damaged tooth. Still not an ounce of pain. His dental skills are amazing!!!! If you are looking for a great dentist then call Infinite smiles.

State of the art dentistry in the heart of Ohio. I have been amazed by this practice. Dr. Patel’s use of the latest in technology and his expertise in cutting edge procedures has exceeded my expectations and made me feel proud to be working with one of the best doctors in the field. Recently, I was in need of a crown. Dr. Patel was able to create and use 3D x-rays, to model my tooth and then created my crown on-site and set the crown during my visit. Since I am from the Cleveland area it was great to have this matter resolved in one visit. All of you at Infinite Smiles are simply the Best! Toby OBrien

As a first time patient, I was pleasantly surprised stepping into Infinite Smiles. Both the office and staff were warm and welcoming as if I had been a patient for years. Dr. Patel, Laura and Nikki were very accommodating and made my visit stress-free, painless and quick considering they did at least a years worth of dental work in a single visit with ease. I just wanted to say that I was very impressed with this office. The staff were very helpful and professional. This was the first time that a dentist actually showed me what the problems were rather than just tell me about them. It was very informative and I felt much more confident in the service that my daughter was getting. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone in the area. We are actually new to the area and I will defintely become a patient myself, and have the rest of my family go there too!
