I would not reccomend this place to anyone. My husband went in for an emeregency visit for tooth pain. The cost (which they told us before) was $175, which I figured was probably normal so he paid it. I found out the next day after calling 2 other offices that any exam visit, emergency or not, would have been under $100 at either of the other 2 places I called. They told him he needed a root canal and crown. The quoted price was $3000 which is $600-$1000 more than a few other places I called. No thank you! So I called to get copies of his x-rays and they said its a $55 fee. This is outrageous!!!! The other dentist I called couldnt believe it and they said they could redo my husbands x-rays for under that price. I called to complain to them about the x-ray fee and the fee in general, which I was not expecting my money back, but I did tell them they should give me the x-ray copies for free after paying $175. I proceeded to tell the lady that I found multiple other cheaper places and that I was so mad my husband even went there in the first place and she proceeded to tell me that those are cheap places that will do cheap work. She compared the other places to getting something that was made in China, "its cheap and its going to be cheap work". I couldnt believe she told me that. This place is a total rip off.

The dentists here are great however the problem comes kn with the front office ladies. Yes they will try to work with you if you have any issues but they are very very pushy. When I tell you no I cant and dont want to come in dont continue to ask me five times and each time talk about getting your money. I said I cant come in and dont want to reschedule then leave it. Also they have no communication between each other. I had a missed call from them, called back and while I was on the phone with them another receptionist called me to confirm the same appt. Now normally I would overlook this but it happened to my husband as well. They suck as an office. I would not recommend going here unless you want to be houndEd for money and confused.

I cant thank Dr. Donlon and his staff enough for being able to work with me and my insurance to complete all of my dental treatment that was needed. I had a good amount of work done. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and accomodating to my schedule. And when I had to cancel appointments, they were the ones who called me to remind me I still had unresolved issues. Even through this holiday season, the office manager was able to make treatment fit my budget. The care was everything you would want from a dentist. Once again, thank you Dr. Donlon, for getting my mouth healthy again, and for having a great team working for you. I would recommend this office to anyone. And soon my children will be going there as well.

They lost my business. All complaints about the staff are right on. They do not know what no means. Any good reviews are from people who have money to throw around. These people are absolute sales people not dentist! Very very expensive and poor work. Ive been ripped off so many times by them. My "permanent" porcelain crown cracked off and they tell me it was my fault because I didnt come in for check ups 3 times a year. They wanted to charge me for more xrays and exam to look at it! You morons put the crown on in the 1st place! I went to Superteeth on vandyke and 9mi. I thought it was A little bit rougher neighborhood but it wasnt bad at all. They took me in the same day and at half the price. Unbelievable.

Been going here for a few years now for my routine cleanings. Was recommended to another dentist who couldnt get me in right away. Being my work is just up the street I went here instead. During lunch at my work I broke a tooth due a cavity from my love of Coke and Pepsi products. To be honest I have treated my teeth horribly. I told them this straight up and they laughed being people lie and say their teeth are brushed/flossed every day. Having 10 cavities says otherwise. Ended up with a root canal and other work done and had zero issues since. Most people cringe at the word root canal. Its nice to have a cold drink without having that zing from sensitivity. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have been coming to this office for the past ~ 8 years or so. I have moved to Farmington Hills but continue to come to this office and it does take a good amount of time to get there, but I feel that it is worth it. Everyone is friendly and they do seem to care about giving their patients the best care possible. They are very accommodating to patients schedules. Sometimes I have to reschedule due to work and because of the distance, which they do seem to be very understanding. They have always been able to squeeze me in last minute for dental "emergencies", such as a broken tooth. So far everyone there is great! I definitely recommend this office for dentistry!

I am a 16 year old girl and my experience there was amazing. My mom brought me there when i broke my front tooth in a pool accident and i was in extreme pain and very very scared. as soon as i came in the girls in the front working made me feel like i was their own daughter and it was sooo comforting to me , i felt a little less scared . I had a root canal. The doctor and his assisant actually made me laugh and the shot didnt even hurt. Then i had a crown put on and i was so scared on how it would look. they walked me thru it and i was taking selfies the entire time. dave made me laugh and the crown is perfect. i love my dentist!!!!!

The dentist himself was friendly however his partner messed up my filling and they never could get me in to get it fixed. Surprising because they could get me in for any other appointment to squeeze every dollar out of me possible. They wanted me to come in for quarterly cleanings and said I needed deep cleanings even though Im only in my early twenties. The office staff is extremely pushy and they have a 13 year old working appointments. They hassle you about canceling and hound you until you reschedule. They made me prepay without giving me a bill twice and I ended up having to be refunded by my insurance because they overcharged me.

My family and I moved to Michigan about 6 months ago! I had Googled "Dentist" , and this office was the first to pop up on my page! I scheduled a cleaning appointment for my husband and two children, and it went FANTASTIC! The staff in the front were nice enough to watch my little ones while I was getting my cleaning ! The hygienist was very thorough and super friendly! When the doctor came in for my exam he made me feel extremely comfortable and it was such a shock to see my children not afraid of the dentist! He was wonderful, the entire office was and I recommend this dentistry to any family looking for a dentist!
