My husband and I followed Dr. Bogan from his previous practice and we are so glad we did! Dr. Bogans office is quiet but kid-friendly, with TVs and coffee available in the waiting area, though you wont be sitting there long. Service is prompt (I have never waited longer than a few minutes past my appointment time) and personable. They dont judge when you roll in a few minutes late for a cleaning with your breakfast still stuck in your teeth (...not that Ive done that...). Going to the dentist is never exciting, but Dr. Bogan makes it a relaxing and speedy, and takes the fear and unknown out of the process. The knowledgeable hygienists remember us and our preferences each visit and they have graciously answered all of my goofy questions (Brush or floss first? Which toothbrush is better? Is a fitted bite guard really better than a drugstore one?). You can chat them up about your day, ask them about the most recent research (to floss or not to floss?), or just lay back and watch TV. I couldnt imagine going to a different dentist!

Until my recent visit, I had a good experience here for general cleaning and regular treatments. Staff is very friendly and place is clean. Recently doctor suggested to have an onlay on one of my tooth as the filling was getting bigger. I went for that and it was done in an hour. I could feel that my tooth was irritated from the drilling and was suggested to wait for 10 days to return to normal. The pain and tenderness continued beyond 10 days and I kept visiting and every time bite adjustment was done. It didnt help and after about 2 month, dr suggested to go for root canal and referred to endodontics. I had the onlay only for 2 painful months. Endodontics had to drill through the onlay and sent me back for permanent filling. Dr bogan again charged $200 for doing the filling on something that was installed 2 month back unsuccessfully. I guess there is no concept of warranty in dental business

My daughter and I both had our first appointments at north orange family dentistry today. We both had really great experiences. The employees we interacted with were all very professional and friendly. Scheduling our first appointment was very easy and filling out the new patient paperwork online prior to the visit made checking in a breeze. We were notified via text, which I loved, that 2 appointments had opened up earlier than our original scheduled appointment. I was able to accept the new appointment date and handle some other correspondence with the office - all via text!! Being a busy mom, I really appreciated the communication via text versus phone calls. It made things so much easier!! Btw, my daughter really loved the no cavity club sticker....she is very proud!! Thanks for making our first visit so great!!

Where do I start?? I have a mouth and set of teeth that I don’t let just ANYONE touch. I just moved here from Buffalo, NY and finding a dentist that was comparable to ones back home was a hard task. First, when you walk in, the lighting shines down upon you like a light from Heaven – very warming. The receptionist was like an Angel – her teeth were perfect, like mine, which makes sense because she works at the best dentist in town! Growing up, I was afraid of two things – Dentists and Clowns, but this was like going to a spa for your teeth. You walk in with your teeth feeling fuzzy, but leave as if they each had a magical massage. With immense detail shown delicately to each individual tooth. I leave feeling as if my teeth are treated as part of the NOFD Family!

My wife and I have been patients at North Orange Family Dentistry for over four years. Never have I been more happy with a dental practice. Everyone who works here seems to genuinely enjoy their job, which is rare to find today! Something that makes North Orange stand out is their respect for my time. Never have I been made to wait, which was common at other dentists I have used in the past. When I arrive for my scheduled appointment and check in at the front desk, someone almost immediately greets me and brings me back to a chair. Over the years we have referred several family members and co-workers, and they all have had good experiences. We will continue to be patients at North Orange for as long as we live in central Ohio.

I guess my experience wasnt as stellar as everyone elses. I went to check out a tooth that was hurting and Dr. Brogan said he could do a crown or root canal if necessary. While Dr. Brogan was drilling my tooth for a crown, he cracked it. He said to come back next week to finish it up. Over the weekend I was in such pain I called him on emergency number. He called an endodontist who specializes in these things. I ended up needing a root canal. I was at the endodontist for about 4 hrs. He said my mouth was super inflamed from the procedure by Dr. Brogan so he had to take his time. Many hours and over $5000 later my root canal was done. I have not gone back due to the bad experience.

I changed to North Orange dentistry because I had trouble at my previous dentist getting appointments and being able to get in on a timely manner. Sometimes I would wait 30 mins. just to get in and then wait another 30 mins. once my cleaning was complete just to be seen by the dentist. Unfortunately there was also a big communication gap with a strong accent on the dentist which made it difficult to understand what they were saying. I made the change and it was great. North Orange is a calm and serene atmosphere with kindness and honesty up front about the work needed and a quick and easy appointment. It makes going to the dentist even enjoyable. Thanks!

My kids have been patients at the North Orange Dentistry for about a year and half. We like their professional and friendly approach, their punctuality and overall attitude toward us. The front office staff is polite, efficient and friendly, they send you reminders in as many formats as you need to help you remember appointments made months in advance. My children were a bit nervous about going to the dentist but now have no problems with it, I think the calm and assured manner of the doctor as well as the dental assistants and hygienists has made a good impact on them. I would recommend this practice to friends and family.

I loved my first appointment with North Orange Family Dentistry! It was great to get the appointment reminders. I was there on time and was taken back to the chair as soon as I finished my brief paperwork. I liked the ability to complete my forms online. The staff was friendly, they let me watch what I wanted on tv. Oh and I have a few more fillings that need repaired and they have sent me the amount I can expect to pay, gotten it pre-authorized from my insurance as well. It takes the guess work out of the procedure costs and helps me plan for when I can get this taken care of! It was a great experience.
