Very rude and disrespectful. Started making me a partial (they started in Dec. 2016). It is now July 2017 they brought me in for a try in that would not fit and was very painful. I was upset and as a result the Dr. Or his partner whom I never met want to finish my work. The most unethical part of it all is my insurance company already paid them and now they refuse to finish my teeth. I have lost weight behind all this. I left out of that office for the third time crying and unable to smile because half my teeth are missing. On July 5,2017 I went into the office and he was very rude and told me to go somewhere else to have my partials made. I also had my daughter call and he was very rude aggressive when speaking about me to her even making threatening comments. As a Dr. And as people servicing people that office its workers and Dr.s should work on better servicing their patients and customer satisfaction.

I got dentures picked up 7.19.2017 very dissatisfied" to say the least!! Just because a person recieves medicaid" the state pays for quality dentures the denturese i got is out of a night mare. Metal hurting my mouth cuttin my gums.they are a health hazard all i keep gettin is come back to adjust its noway for metal to be comtable in anyones mouth!!! I cant even wear the dentures its sad ashame and pitiful. I want the promblem resolved!!! I would like to post pictures noone i know has dentures look like somethin from a horror movie SHAME ON THIS PLACE!!

Once again another place of business that has poor service. Came here today for a dental cleaning. The girl starting cleaning my teeth then stopped Ive been now waiting for at least 30 minutes and counting for her to return and finish. Finally the doctor came in to examine my teeth. The only thing that was good about this place was that the staff was very polite and friendly. Will not go back there again because I was not satisfied with the cleaning. The girl did no scrapping with the tool. My teeth was basically polished thats it. Smh

I had an apointment here and I waited nearly an hour in the waiting room before rescheduled for the next week. When I came back, they made me wait AN HOUR AND A HALF before telling me that the had "lost" their folder with my dental records... dont waste your time with these incompetent fools.
