Ive personally gotten good service here, but Ive heard horror stories from others (including my mom). regardless, they are totally overpriced. they mark up (significantly) from the manufacturers list prices, and then give "discounts" that bring them back down to somewhere closer. they also really push coatings etc that add to the cost of lenses. if youre going to buy here and have AAA, be sure to ask for the AAA discount.

A Private User

Every time I walk into this place, there is nobody available to help me or answer a question. I always end up walking back out after 10-15 minutes because nobody has bothered to acknowledge my existence and there is nobody to walk up to and ask for assistance.

This place has great people and can always help you in anything you need to have them help you with your glasses. If its from your glasses are broken they can fix it with the best they can to make them look somewhat new as they where before.

This place is awful. They screw up your appointments, they are rude, they dont listen to your concerns. Biggest mistake of my life going here for convenience. Not worth it. I advise you to go to real eye doctors.
