I went to this office to get the frames for my lens prescription. The lady who showed helped me didnt take the time to help me pick out a pair and instead put the frames my insurance would cover on the table on top of a bunch of other frames and left the room. When I went back to pick up my glasses the staff ignored my presence and then were very rude about fixing the fit. I was happy to just take them and leave, and will have to stick with what I have even though they dont fit. I wont be coming here again.

Ive been going here for years and just recently I brought my son for his first eye exam and everyone there was fantastic with him! Ive never had a bad experience and think everyone there are amazing!
