When you come in for your annual exam they dont bother to tell you that they are also fitting your for contacts. So at the end of your visit they charge you $150 extra for a service you didnt even know they were performing. The staff is consistently difficult about giving you your written prescription. I had to go there twice for it because the first time they left off more than half of the actual prescription info. I understand that they want you to order contacts from them but if you choose not to they go out of their way to make it inconvenient. I would not recommend them to anyone, they are untrustworthy in my opinion.

I personally dont like going to any doctors or medical offices. However, I have no problem with Inclima. The Staff and the Doctor I see are fantastic. They make you feel at ease straight off. A thorough eye examination is given in comfortable surroundings. One never feels rushed. All questions/concerns are asked and answered on a level we understand. They have a wide range of frames and staff who will tell you honestly if something suits you or not - which really helps when you are on your own and half blind trying on frames !! I would highly recommend this practice, conveniently located and with ample parking

I have been a patient at this office for over two years. My experience is very good. For example I woke up with two small pimples on my lower eye, I called the office and was added on to their appointments that same day. They are the greatest staff that I have experience in years. Dr. Chris is outstanding, he takes his time an will explain everything to you. This is what a patient is looking for.

Ive been coming here for at least 9 years. I decided to bring my son in for the first time. Dr. Christopher Inclima is so professional and soft spoken and listened to every concern. The staff is amazing and is welcoming. It is a lengthy visit but you get everything done and questions answered. I would highly recommend this place. Is clean and neat and the visit went so GREAT.
