His answering service is terrible. My wife had an emergency and could not get through. The person on the other end of the line was rude, obnoxious, would not do anything to connect us with doctor. Absolutely indifferent. It definitely hurt his practice. The other thing I would advise to watch out is his staff. I caught them outright lying. They were supposed to call insurance company to get pre-authorization and call us back. When I called the office - his assistant told me that they are still waiting to hear from insurance company. I called insurance company and discovered that no one has ever contacted them. So - I called back to the docs office. No explanation, no apologies - Dr. Bogdanski assistant just told me that she is going to call right away. All in all - though Dr. Bogdanski is I believe a good doctor - I am considering changing PCP; only because I cannot now trust his people. Weve been his patients for 4 years. But I guess you never know until something serious happens.

Dr. Bogdanski is everything I could possibly want in a doctor. He is genuine and caring but will tell you like it is. His office staff is equally impressive.
