Ive waited up to 3 hours for my appointment and I was 20 mins early. When I got called in to see the doctor I let the medical assistant know how long I was waiting and she didnt empathize or seem to care at all. She brought me in the back took my weight then brought me to take my vitals in what I would call a very tight space. I told her again how long I was waiting and she said oh the doctors are busy and that I wasnt the only patient waiting. I again said for 3 hours thats insane and she said well thats how it is. I left it at that. She put me in a room and ask me a few questions then left the room without saying a word about the doctor. I was waiting for another 30 mins in that exam room until the doctor came in or so I thought. It was another medical assistant to ask me more questions and exam the ball under my arm. She didnt convey any concerns and left the room and brought back the doctor who was male and I am female which makes me feel uncomfortable because he had to exam my breasts. I refused and asked that I get someone else to exam them for him and he said they was no one else but that the medical assistant didnt feel anything worrying and for me to make an appointment to come back in a month. It is now a month I received a missed call when I got out the shower today I called them back 10 mins before 5am which is the time they close. When someone picked up they hung up immediately after then I called back and was transferred to the operator which Im assuming is the front desk who also picked up and hung up immediately after. So I called back one more time and waited for the operator to pick up but it kept me on hold then transfered me to a recording that said the clinic was closed and then transfered me to another person to whom I would leave a message for when they picked up they said fair haven clinic how may I help you then when I proceeded to explain that I received a missed call with no voice mail left that I was concerned about what it was for and they stood quiet then I said hello and they hung up on me again. I will be going else where this clinic has no respect for health care or their careers.

My last physical was a total nightmare. My appointment was mid day so I left work thinking it wouldnt take me more than an hour. I was wrong. I waited over 3 hours to see Dr Seely. When I checked in, the woman working there didnt even mention a word about the long delay even though she knew it very well as patients with appointments 2 hours before me had been still waiting to be seen. What a luck of respect! After waiting 3.5 hours, Dr. Seely forgot to order some lab tests I asked him to include with my blood work. He also forgot to include the ICD code for physical exam so I wouldnt be charged a copay. The whole experience was so aggravating and a complete waste of time. I am definetly not going back to this clinic.

My son waited two months for an appointment to see a primary care doctor so he could get a referral to see a dermatologist. They said he had to have a primary care doctor from their group. Another month or so goes by, no referral. I made an appointment and spoke to the doctor, he says that he can write the prescription, my son does not need to see a dermatologist. We pick up the prescription at the pharmacy and it is an over the counter medication!!!! I am so insulted!!!! And it is store brand generic at that. So someone needs a specialist and your medical expertise is that you can remedy the condition with an over the counter medication? Duh! We can do that ourselves!

This place is a joke...I waited 2 months for my appointmet and they call same date to cancell and their reschedule for me it was a month later. Very irresponsible ppl they dont care about patients. According to them Dr never showed up how nice. Will never recomment this place plus most employees live in the area and I have learn they talk about patients private info witch is very unproffesional and I have complaint about it nothing was done. Considering moving to a diff clinic for me, they dont know how to listen to patients.

They are okay sometimes with speed to check you in and see you. But to me it seems they do not take you serious on a situation going on with you. And they just assume what you need. I recommened for basic needs but for serious conditions, no.

The fair haven clinic is not diverse . All the staff is puerto rican or white . Maybe only one black. I dont like the feeling of discrimination so ill be changing my clinic. The mid wives are good and the pediatrics doctors are too.

They dont check anything all they do is che ck your blood pressure and get you out like really I can do that myself at Walmart hahaha now they wont stop harassing me trying to get me to make more appointment

Great doctors just awful wait times. Sometimes me and my children wait 2 hrs to be seen with an appointment. If it wasnt for the very incredible care I receive Id be gone.

90% of people are unprofessional and dont care about their patients. 10% of good employees deserve better. Most doctors and nurses are extremely disrespectful and selfish.

Im not happy with them it seem like they dont hear you when you tell them what really going on with you.all they care about is getting in.and getting you out.

Nice Doctors only issue is that theres barely any parking spots and its a pain to find a spot on the street thats close
