Dr.Barbara Burrows & her asst. John (St.John to us;-) & Xenia (front office angel) provided the best of care for my beloved service/assist 12-yr old German Shepherd, SOPHIE, who had become quite suddenly, severely & mysteriously ill----her 1st illness ever. Dr.Burrows came highly recommended by our fellow animal-loving/activist friend who was confident from her own experience (& others) that Sophie (ppl too) would be in the best hands there. As much as we wanted to pull out all the stops for our dog, realistically we did not have resources for unfounded testing / false hope, nor did Sophie have the strength to withstand invasive exploratory procedures. Dr.Burrows respected this & never misled us. From the very start, Dr.B put Sophies well-being 1st, all the while remaining realistic & keeping us clearly informed at every step. She phoned almost daily for progress reports & to lend support---even on a Holiday when the clinic was closed! Also, her exceptional asst. JOHN extended his home/cell # to call anytime w/?s or "just to talk." Really....who does that?!! For the love of Sophie, after several wks of treatment & waiting, it became evident that it was time to relieve her suffering. John shed tears, too. To us, there is no doubt that They Care about their patients, about their work, & about how they affect those of us who place our trust in them (especially when we are most vulnerable). Anyone whos lost a pet KNOWS how hard this is----yet even harder is the memory that their treatment was based on inferior standards & priorities. In the aftermath of this loss, we have so many wonderful memories of the 12 yrs spent w/ our beautiful, loyal & gentle soul, Sophie -- along w/the peace of knowing that, in the end, she was given every chance. The words "Thank You" seem too small considering all that Dr.Burrows & staff provided: Medical expertise, Clear & honest communication, Emotional support, Compassion. Better to "pay it forward" now by taking time to share this experience with others who are in search of an honorable veterinarian. Hope this info reaches whomever needs it.

Dr. Samuel and his assistant David were the epitome of professionalism as well as compassionate about my dogs situation. They allowed me to view my dog under sedation to draw the same conclusions they had already come to. I was shocked that they would allow me to see there was no abcess. Other Veterinarians would have pulled the tooth that needed not to be removed or padded the account with non-existant other health issues. These people are kind and caring professionals that deserve an A plus 5 star rating. I intend to reccomend them to all my dog and cat loving friends. The front desk ladies were also kind to be bombarded with my phone calls and remaining polite and informative. This place ROCKS.

Dr. Jahan Rana, at Orange Hill Veterinary Clinic, is superb!!! Hes very thorough and kept us informed of every little detail. Gave us options and worked with us the entire way. He cares for all the animals as if they were his own. Thank you Dr. Rana.

Love this vet hospital. The facilities are clean and cozy, the staff is fantastic, and the doctor is great. They dont constantly try to upsell you on the most expensive food, they just take good care of your furbaby. So glad I found this vet!
