I have always taken my dogs to Dr Kavanaugh and referred people to take their animals there also. I always loved the office and staff until recently my 10 year old cat had a complete urinary block and Dr Kavanaugh refused to see my poor cat because I didnt have the money up front for his treatment. I was told that they would not see him because money is always tight for me. I have always paid them and dont owe them a penny. I was heart broken. I found another vet that literally saved my cats life and gave me Info for organizations that helped pay for my cats treatment. I am still in shock about the treatment I received from Saddleback staff.

Dr Kavanagh is an amazing Vet and knows how to deal with the humans that own the fur babies. Being an ER nurse I get what he tells me and agree with the treatment modality that he recommends. Kind, compassionate and a good sense of humor.
