I took my dog Coco here because she has been itching near her tail area and it was looking really bad. All the staff was okay, even the doctor was okay. The reason I am giving it a 1 star is because after the doctor diagnosed my dog and said it was Hot Spot due to food or bug bite allergies but they found no fleas on my dog. He shaved a small area of my dog, without letting me know the fees in advance. To my surprise the doctor had shaved a small area by the tail 2 inch by 2 inch and cleaned the wound, and mentioned my dog needed 3 different shots, Antibiotic, pain medication, and spray as well the bill was over $350. Just for the shave it was $89 + consultation $42 + antibiotics. I ended up getting the Antibiotic and paid for the Consultation and shave which was $156. Seriously small area to shave $89. After coming home a few days later I noticed my dog had hives and raised bumps on her body, so I called the clinic and they wanted to charge me again for a consultation fee plus other test for any allergies. Finally, I decided to my dog to another vet and he examined her and said she is okay nothing is wrong probably just a bee bite and I noticed her hives started calming down as well. He mentioned she is okay and said to just get a hydrocortorise spray and I mentioned I had one and he said they is fine as long is it has Hydrocortorise and said if she is itching a lot he recommended a shot which was only $39 compared to this vet was charging me $55 for each shot. I really dont care for vets who like to over charge and scare their customers. I dont understand why become a vet, just become a plastic surgeon Seriously..... Since I brought my dog back home, I noticed she became more anxious, and itching and a few days later had hives, kind of like raised fur with bumps on her skin and her face was swollen. I called them back to bring her for a repeat check up and the woman on the phone metioned we will have to charge again, becasue we are not sure what is causing that, and I mentioned its the allergic reaction to the medicine and she mentioned then more charges for test and extra on consultation. I am taking my dog to a different doctor. I feel Dr. Patel is only interested in making money and nothing else. Really sad.

We love Dr Patel! We were recommended to him by the breeder of our Great Dane. We had decided to get her ears done only after seeing how awesome the parents ears were. So glad we did. Hes a perfectionist when it comes to the ears, he makes sure the ears will match the dogs head for growth. Hes caring, tender and all about your dog. If your going to do ear cropping, you want a Dr that specializes in it-its forever! The office has a great set up with room doors right off the lobby and they dont keep you waiting. When Gracies bandages finally came off and we took her out and about, it was pretty amazing that the first thing people commented on was how awesome her ears were- that right there told us what a great job he had done! I highly recommend Dr Patel!

Arrow highway animal hospital is my all time favorite pet vet. I had my dog Cuddles for about 9 years and they helped me take care of him, treat him royally with flea baths, they are honest, they tell you everything you need to know about pet heath, conditions, and what possible treatments there are. Unlike other pet hospitals they do not try to get you to pay for unnecessary treatments or stuff. The entire staff has warm kind hearts. They are so kind, they never treat you like you are annoying. I wish all pet vets could be as awesome as this one.

I’ve been taking my two boy dogs (Teddybear and Booger)...& now our new addition to our family Koda. Love these Vets!!! They are here because they really care about every animal they Dr. The Vet has called to make sure our doggie was feeling better, very few Vets take the time to make a personal call, very professional team. I can’t forget to let everyone know how friendly and helpful the front office ladies are! Thank you everyone for all you do and making us feel our animals are cared for, not just about $$$$... We love Dr Patel. He is so gentle with our animals and he talks to them when he exams them. He is so caring of them when he treats them. He also is caring of the owners of the pets in explaining everything that is happening to the pet and what needs to done. All of his staff is wonderful when they are taking care of our pets, so gentle and careful. We would never go anywhere else for the care of our animals and we have three dogs. Dr. Patel and his wife have always been a pleasure to deal with and have always given great advice on the care of our animals. I would recommend this veterinarian and his facility to anyone who is looking for a experienced doctor who gives great care to animals. The boarding section of the hospital has always been excellent.

Dr. Patel and his staff have always been very caring, and compassionate both to my pets and to me in some difficult times. The level of care all of my pets have received over the years has always been of the highest quality, and has always been in the best interest of my pet.

Arrow Animal Hospital is the very best we have ever used. They have taken care of all our animals for the past 20 years and we would not think of going anywhere else. We live 30 miles away and still would not change. They give the best care to our four legged kids as if they were their own.
