TERRIBLE: As a new patient, I had a scheduled appointment for 8:30 a.m. at the Littleton office. I arrived at 8:25 and was escorted back to a room at approximately 8:32 a.m. Unfortunately, by 9:25 a.m. (nearly an hour later), I had still NOT been seen nor did I receive any communication from the nurse or anyone else about a situation that would explain a delay. As a result, I got dressed and escorted myself out of your office. When I went to check out and advise the front office staff that I had not been seen and had to leave to return to work, they were rude and non-apologetic – almost surprised that I was the least upset. Another concerning incident happened when I checked in. I indicated that I would be a self-pay patient. My employer only offers Kaiser Health plans, and because I am at higher risk for skin cancer, I have chosen to seek additional expert opinion and treatment outside of the Kaiser network on a self-pay basis. Upon discovery of this, I was sought out in the waiting room and handed a large blue paper that said in big bold letters “SELF-PAY”. There was no confidentiality when handing me this sheet of paper. Additionally, I was told to give the paper to the nurse, who proceeded to place it in clear, unmistakable view on the table in the exam room. This practice is not at all professional in operation or patient care. As I read other reviews, it is apparent that discrimination is prevalent in many cases. Many of the bad things you hear about happening in the medical field were present with this group. I will not seek services from these medical professionals NOR will I recommend to any of my friends, family or acquaintances.

Horrible lack of follow up, I go in the first time everything is great, second visit felt like a waste of time, i need to meet with the dermatologist in order to have a Rx refilled that you can not miss a dose of and that is on a timely basis, Go in Monday, have to call them twice to get a phone call back on whether or not the Rx was refilled, finally receive a call back on Thursday, Nurse states that everything looks fine and sent the Rx to the pharmacy.. Called the Pharmacy on Friday, the Nurse never sent the Rx.. Called Apex back and was given an attitude by the front office as to me calling to follow up and then she goes "well my manager is out and you will have to hold", 10 mins later get a Nurse, Nurse was rude too stated "someone called you back and you have to wait". I explained that I understand that someone called me back but they said they were sending in a Rx and they did not, she claims she just now sent it. I told her there was a no need for an attitude. The Administration and Nurse staff doesnt really seem to care about you, LACK OF FOLLOW UP AND PROFESSIONALISM. A Dermatologist is not cheap either, i dont really feel that they give two hoots about me, nor do they care about trying to get a Rx filled that i cannot miss a dose of per their orders. Take your business to a different Dermatologist office.

I made an appointment for my 3 year old son online. He is on medicaid and so i was willing to pay cash for services. Upon scheduling i got a call i could not accept due to i was at work. No voicemail was left. 2 minutes later i got an email that the appointment was cancelled without reason. I went on to reschedule thinking that it may have been a schedule conflict and sure enough that same appointment was avalible again. I called and was told that it was cancelled because my son is on medicaid. That is not good business. Im a cash payer and they just lost my business.

I have gone to both Dr. Wollner and Leslie the PA. They are both wonderful. I was really impressed with Leslie, she knows her stuff. Both her and Dr. Wollner are very kind, listen and very caring. My appointment was 30 minutes late, but I figured they are just helping someone that might have needed some extra care. Thank goodness I didnt need any extra care, I know they would have spent it with me if I did need it. I am not sure why the negative reviews, I am telling from experience, Dr. Wollner or Leslie, you wont be disappointed.

Went to them for 5 years. Used to like this office. I begged to have a biopsy on a suspicious looking spot for TWO years and was told it wasnt anything to worry about. Well....it was. I was very upset when I received a call from a surgeon they had pawned me off on. In the confusion of everything, I had a $15 balance on a bill....they actually turned it over to collections. SO, after have surgery, which would have been much less traumatic, and the area much smaller, they decide to screw me. Wont ever go back .

Terrible and unprofessional. While I was waiting in the lobby to be called back for my first appointment, the doctor came out with another women talking loudly and joking. The other woman said "it is like an aborted fetus" and they both just laughed. I said "I think Im in the wrong place" and the doctor laughed and said "no, we were just talking about what a mess her house is" ?!? I was without words and shocked by the sheer unprofessional demeanor of this office.

Absolutely terrible, I saw the PA she spent less than 5 minutes with me, didnt listen to my questions or even answer them and now we are having trouble with the billing. I have been told the referral my doctor sent isnt valid even though it had all the information that is needed for a referral, when i asked what more would be needed the woman I was talking to refused to tell me.

I have gone to Dr. Theriault for several years.Visits are made in a timely fashion. The office staff has always been courteous and friendly. The office itself is always neat and clean. Wait times are never inordinate. The physician is cheerful, not rushed and is thorough in her exam. And for me, most importantly, follow-up reports are timely.

I had another great visit with Apex Dermatology today. All of the staff I interacted with were great. Leslie Mazuer PA-C I met with was very nice and made me feel at ease. Thanks for another great visit.

Wonderful experience ... I have palmer psoriasis and this is first doctor I have visited that understood my problem and prescribed a treatment that appears to be working. They were very helpful to me.

This was the worse experience Ive EVER had a at a dermatologist! Diane has a real attitude problem. Michele doesnt listen to your need, so I would recommend another practice. Have a nice day

Awful customer service! I do not have time to call around and search for answers that the front office should be able to help me with.

I dont know the name of the physician/nurse that helped me, but she was the most rude medical person Ive ever seen.
