I am not actually reviewing the doctors, but the woman who answered the phone. I had heard such great things about Dr. Tadgy and had hoped to have an appointment with her, but when I asked about vaccination policies I was treated with such condescension and dismissal that I cannot see us taking our children there. We are thinking we will follow a regular vaccination schedule, but I wanted to talk to a doctor about all of the controversy surrounding vaccinations, and I wanted to know if the chicken pox and the flu vaccines were required. The receptionist treated me like we were morons whose only source of knowledge is the internet. We do not believe vaccines have links to autism, we plan on deferring to doctors, and we are not people who want to live off the grid. We simply wanted a consultation to learn more, and I did not want to have the conversation about vaccines with the receptionist. We want medical care from someone who will talk us through our concerns as first time parents, and Im glad we got enough insight from one conversation to know that Norman Pediatrics is not for us.

Do not recommend. The doctor we saw was fine. In and out quickly... mostly saw her PA. What made me switch providers was mainly the office staff. The desk staff and billing were never friendly... at times downright rude to me. Its just not the kind of atmosphere I want to bring my children to when I am paying good money and expect friendly service in return. I know the doctor is the most important part of the visit, but in my opinion it just wasnt enough to put up with rude staff at every visit. Ive since found another provider who I am very happy with, as well as her staff.

I really like Dr. Milligan. He sees all 3 of my boys and I also work with him on occasion at the hospital. He has a wonderful bedside manner and has even called me after hours at home to go over an x-ray my son had. I wish that we got to see him for every appointment but seeing his nurse practitioner is not bad either. Shes very nice and takes great care of my kids as well. We normally dont have to wait very long...in the 50 times weve been I can only recall one time waiting for more than 15 minutes to see the dr.

My daughter had Dr. Milligan and I liked him and his practitioner during her check-ups, but I dont think they spent enough time with her when she was sick. I feel they didnt give me enough information on what was causing her sickness/pain and how I could help her. When I called to talk to the nurses for advice when she wasnt feeling well, they would talk to me like I was dumb and not give much help at all.

Just switched peds 6 months ago. So glad I did. Most helpful doctors for your children. I have one child with Autism and one with a heart murmur and moderate asthma. Their pediatrician is well informed and helpful at all of my concerns. And the After Hours Clinic is great when your children are sick in the afternoon or weekends. Highly recommended.

My son has had Dr. Stacy and Amy for his pediatric team for over 8 years now. I love them and their staff. One of my favorite aspects of their care is they value my input. They ask me what I see and my expertise at being his mom plays a role in their expertise at being his doctors. Highly recommend Dr. Stacy, Amy, and their team!

Filthycoffin Frankenstein

This place only wants your money! They never treat the patient and I end up taking my child to the hospital to actually get care. They just want to see you over and over saying they cant do anything yet they say they "HAVE TO SEE THE CHILD!" Dont go here if you actually want care for your child if they are sick.

I have been taking both of my girls to Dr. Stacey and she has great bedside manner. However, I am very disappointed in the front desk service. Janet that sets the appointments is down right rude and shows zero concern for patients. Its so awful that I am considering changing physicians.
