This Clinic is always unferataff. Long wait and PA and staff dont keep up with referrals. They dont make referral appointments until parent and patient walks in for another visit. This is a no appointment pediatrician clinic yet staff bumps patient to see newborns and children coming on stretchers. Nothing against children but there is several ER centers in Harlingen. Too many bad experiences in this clinic. So ready to move my 3 kids out! This is very ridiculous. Todays visit has been 2 hours and still waiting for Bianca Acosta , PA to walk in. She is that only PA on duty SMH

Horrible front desk people dont know what they are doing 3 hrs to verify my private insurance when it took me 5 minutes on my phone will never come back in such crappie service
