I did not like any of the Kid Care Medical offices that I took my children to. Every time we had an appointment we had to sit in the waiting room for at least an hour. The staff always mispronounced my childrens names. There was only one time when my children were seen by the same doctor, all the other times we were there they were see by different doctors. Because of this, I felt like there was never a relationship built between the doctors and myself or my children. I always felt like we were just another number. It was very impersonal. Also, several of the doctors were rude, as well as much of the nursing staff. Overall our experiences with the clinic offices were very negative and I would not recommend Kid Care Medical to anyone. The only positive experience we had was with Dr. Sukavachana. The two times my children saw her she was very helpful and pleasent. But again, the issues with the rest of the staff were greater than the one positive experience.

Dr Lin is in the same practice as our pediatrician. She was the on call doctor one evening when we had to call. For a 4 minute conversation at 8:25 pm, she charged us $25. Yes, we were told both as a new patient and on the call in that it was a possibility for the charge, but she never confirmed the charge and it was such a quick thing for her to do. When I questioned her, she was very by the book... it says you can be charged, and we bill insurance and sometimes they pay, sometimes they dont. I felt like it was all about the money for her and not about patients care. I will not use her as an alternate when our pediatrician is unavailable!! Nor will I call if she is on call. Its sad. We love our pediatrician and the office staff!!

Dr. Lin has been my daughters pediatrician for several years and I have always been pleased with her care. We have always been able to get in on an emergency basis when needed. Phone calls are returned promptly and with clear directions. Dr. Lin has also worked well with other specialists we have seen. The office staff is excellent. We have also seen other pediatricians in the office and have always felt like we were well cared for. I recommend this practice to family and friends.

Dr Lin is the pediatrician for both of my girls and has always been wonderful with them. Shes very patient and thorough during their examinations and her bedside manner is one of the many things we love about her. She listens to us and offers up any helpful advice that she can when we have questions. I would recommend her to anybody looking for a quality physician.

Both of my daughters take my grandchildren to Dr. Sabrina Lin. They adore her and have complete confidence in her abilities. They also like the other staff as well and do not feel "cheated" if they have to see someone else in an emergency.
