Well, when I was pregnant we scheduled appointment at office for a tour and everything looked very good! Doctors at the hospital when the baby was born was phenomenal! But... when we had those ,,healthy visits,, have started problems. For every single visit we almost had to pay or we got their bill. I called, my husband called and now we have peace. Dont even want to talk about one of their doctors - and I will name her - dr. Michele Lawhun - she is AWFUL!! My baby never cries, when she had us, he cried like crazy, he knew shes not any good, she checked her in two minutes and left the office. She was checking him without any sensitivity, she wasnt gentle, she wasnt even talk to him like every other does, he is just 4 (he was 3 months old at her check up) months old!!! So, I was 100% sure I want to change this office!! And because moms dont have lots of time, there was 4 months check up and we got new doctor, who came back from her maternity leave and she IS THE BEST EVER!!!!! We want to keep her and just her! She was nice, she was listening to me, she was like 30 minutes with us with noooo hurry! And I know for other drs - noone has kids!! Oh, and I have on of their nurses - the youngest one - she was soooooo coarse?! + is that they have sick and healthy rooms, they have nurse 24/7 and all those important stuff!

My sons have been patients of this practice since 1999. We have always been able to get in contact with the doctors on call or get an office visit in a timely manner. I have had no significant problems with the office administration nor with their end of insurance claims. I have found the entire staff friendly, quite competent, willing to both listen and explain, flexible and easy to deal with. The practice has recently moved into a larger brand new office space. These days I do often need to leave a message rather than getting right through, but I attribute that to the need to minimize office expenses and staff given the ever declining rates of reimbursement from insurance companies, and I find largely the same situation with other medical offices I deal with.

My wife and I have been blessed with four children. We also consider ourselves blessed to have been with North Arlington Pediatrics for about the last 10 years. No practice is perfect 100% of the time like a previous review left, but my kids have had there share of medical conditions and overall we have been VERY pleased with the entire practice. Just tonight I paged a doctor at about 7:30. They were still in and said bring over your son now. They are open usually four nights a week which is also quite convenient. Cannot recommend them enough. (from someone who used two other practices previously)

North Arlington Pediatrics is fantastic! From our 1st visit before my daughter was born they have been friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. We have seen a wide range of their doctors and have liked all of them. It is especially comforting to a new mom to have them available 24/7 for emergency questions. They are quick to call you back when you call them panicked after office hours. They even call the next day to check up on your child. I cant say enough good things about their level of customer service and care!

Impossible to get an appointment. Had an appointment issue (that we had scheduled 4 months in advance, literally) and they did not even attempt to accommodate us when we showed up. Very disappointed as some of the doctors were great. The nurses were hit or miss; some were awesome and others had horrible attitudes.

Been coming here for 27 years with my 3 children. The doctors are great and interact with kids. Ive never felt rushed and on call doctors call back within 30 min of leaving message with service. Never feel like I shouldnt call. My kids have never minded going to Dr and enjoy going even when they are sick!
